Average experience overall. Laptop charger received was faulty, and took a week to get a wrong replacement one and another week to get the correct one. Response time can be better. Customer experience should be prioritised when there's an issue with order and possibly expedite delivery of such replacement goods.
Good that charger was replaced.

This is great, ordered a macbook air m2 in ”good” condition but it was just as new!😊Delivery was 2 days faster then the tracking suggested, even got some candy in the box when opened. Really happy with okamac. The macbook was very safely packaged with big plastic bubbles wrapped around. It also came with a guide how to reset the battery/keyboard. Thank you so much Okamac!😊

NEVER BUY FROM THEM
SUPERBAD SERVICE AND PRODUCT! My computer broke down and stopped working 3 days after I received my new computer from Okamac. Since then they have argued with me for 1 month now and have said that they can only help me if a pay them to fix the computer. They don’t help, they are awful!!
