Very fast delivery
Loved the products that I brought off you guys! Only down side was the cost that I got invoiced for. On the website I chose my local currency which is AUD dollars and got an invoice for the amount I thought was in AUD dollars only to discover on my bank statement that I was getting charged a little more because it was US dollars.
Invoice should be what you pay for and not to discover that you'll be billed different.

Decent shipping, faulty website
I live in the US so there is only one method of shipping which is express. However every time I shop on this website they end up sending me an email stating that my cards billing doesn't match the shipping address and then I need to show them a bank statement to prove it. This has happened on two occasions; the first I just wanted a refund and the second I showed them a bank statement and it took forever to ship and deliver. This was all because of this incident. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but it is annoying and makes me not want to shop with oki-ni.
