Product came with quite a noticeable glue stain on the side quite dissapointed as obviously i didnt expect that got in contact with them to be told "these things happen" so not helpful in any way whatsoever with that but other than that the delivery time was good and overall shopping experience i.e. keeping me up to date with tracking etc was good really wish there wasnt a glue stain on the shoes though but i have to keep them as i was looking for these shoes for over a year.

Everything was great except for custom fees
Great product for a great price but I ended up paying $124 in custom fees. I do have to admit, though, the shipping speed was very impressive - essentially a one day delivery from France to Canada.

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY TO THE US
Your return policy to the US is the worst of ANY international site. If you will not accept returns, do NOT sell here. To expect the customer to pay for return, and carry any possible duties is OBSENE. You bury that information two pages in. The sweater was the wrong size and it cost me almost $100 to ship back to France. UPS was almost $200. Unacceptable and unreasonable, indeed! I am contacting AMEX. If an immediate refund is not issued, I will reverse original payment. Menlook accepts returns!! Shame on you. Will never shop again. Hope to see you out of business soon!
