I had a $100.00 order to be delivered it said it arrive between 6:15 and 6:30pm, well after waiting for a good hour I called olive garden they neglect to tell you that their orders are delivered by UBER they could not tell if the order was picked up and I was told to call UBER and it was out of their hands, my account was not charged and never got the order!!! McDonld's was good

First the menus didn't have the newly advertised meals in it like the steak gorgonzola and others, next ordered that but without the balsamic glaze, but it still came with the glaze on, sent it back. Was told it would be put on a quick list, but my spouse finished their meal before this even came out. Then waitress never asked if we wanted a second bowl of soup before the meal came out. Then asked for a refill of the peach iced tea and got unsweetened tea instead. Lastly, was charged for playing games which we never touched. Took 3 people to remove that from bill.

I had beef Gorgonzola . Very disappointed, it was a cheap piece of steak full of gristle. And on top of that the pasta had no flavor.

Great service! Love the famous house salad, always so good. I recommend the Shrimp Fritto Misto appetizers and Breadsticks. I like the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo, my steak was well-done and the pasta good taste. It´s a good option to eat pasta. I enjoy the attention provided by the waitress.

The food wasn’t very good, I went there last night for my birthday, with my family. I was disappointed.

Came for lunch. Another couple were seated awaiting a table. As we approached the hostess, the couple wwas called to a table. We were asked to wait. A party of 3 came in and were seated immediately. Shortly thereafter, another couple walked in and again, seated immediately. At this time we told the hostess we were leaving at which time she stated she was just getting ready to seat us. We left to patronize another establishment.

There is no OG reasonably close to us, so having rented a car we drove 25 minutes to Pinellas Park. My husband was looking forward to the Soup, salad and breadsticks after some years absence.
His food was fine and he enjoyed it.
I had ordered the Calamari appetizer. It was so heavily drenched in seasoning that I couldn't taste the Calamari. The two accompanying dips were so salty that one taste was enough (too much actually.) Do the cooks actually taste what they produce?
No need to bother returning.

The worst experience EVER!! I went to the olive garden recently and their slogan is "When you're here you're family." Some load of shit that is, I genuinely feel sorry for the "family" that gets treated like that... I went and had some hair in my Lasagna, not to mention the nastiest peach bellini I have ever encountered a day in my life. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY, DO NOT TAKE THEM.

I didn't like the new version of chicken Marsala it was dry the sauce was salty the original version was superior with the fettuccine and small pieces of chicken therefore I won't return unless it's changed back.

I usually order from Olive Garden because they’re consistently good. But I ordered last night and I ordered a few of their new menu items. The manicotti and the stuffed chicken was terrible. It was so salty. I could not eat it. I also did not get my salad.

The stuffed chicken Marsala nothing like the dish they used to have. Chicken was dry and tough with hardly any gravy. Breadsticks were hard with no garlic, butter or salt. The price went up to $20 and the food went very downhill

Manager rude and staff lacking supervision.

I tried for 45 minutes to place an order online but continued getting kicked off when i input VEHICLE type when I was going in to pickup. Jason the "manager" was called and was no help. Also it was automatically adding 25% tip for having an order to carry out...Olive Garden just lost a STEADY customer.

I've never written a review before but this meal needed to be pointed out. The steak in the {Steak Gorfonzola} that I ordered had bad taste to it. Whatever sauce you drizzled on it was terrible. I couldn't eat it. I took it home and washed the steak but that didn't help. My husband ordered crispy chicken with pasta. They put the crispy chicken in the sauce & pasta so it was mushy chicken and pasta.
The dining room was attractive and the service was great. The prices are what it costs now to eat out. We were very disappointed with the food.

Great atmosphere, great food verry friendly and helpful staff value for money

Exalent food and service, reasonably priced with a good atmospher

Had an enjoyable meal with friendly and solid service. Food was prepared well and the overall experience was really enjoyable. We've had less than stellar service at this location previously and it had been some time since we were there but this time we came out amazed at the turn around. Will definitely go more frequently moving forward

Great service and good food except for underbaked bread sticks. Although the Boardman OH location was not busy, we waited 10 minutes for our drink order. And, after a $40 lunch for 2, both my date and I encountered cold water in the restrooms! And, the last 2 visits we had there also had only ice cold water in tfe restrooms. OG used to be a reasonable value, but no longer. Too bad they cant afford hot water. Its why we go there only once a year.

I am really confused why there are bad reviews on this business. I have been there at different branches for at least 20 times and have nothing to complain as yet. Prices, food and service are excellent.
