Your two orders were shipped together in a single box, under one tracking number, which was provided to you. According to the carrier, the package was delivered on time. In addition, we reviewed our warehouse packing camera footage and confirmed that the caviar gift set was packed and included in the shipment before it left our facility.
We did not receive any response from you to our outreach attempts requesting clarification or confirmation after delivery. If there was an issue after delivery (such as theft, misdelivery, or tampering), we’re always willing to review it - but we need direct communication to do so.
Please contact our customer support team so we can properly assist and determine the next steps. We take every order seriously and document each shipment carefully to ensure accuracy.

OLMA was a revelation!!
OLMA was a revelation!!! Perfect service from order to delivery. I’d made a small mistake of ordering 2 identical items when I only needed one; realizing my error, I called their customer service number and left a message, they corrected the problem in under 5 minutes! We can’t wait to dig in to the gorgeous Osetra with blini, and will surely back for more on the next appropriate occasion.

Ordered on line. Did not notice date for delivery was wrong. Called them up. They answered on one ring. REsolved problem. Delivery came as expected. Two tins 125g caviar. Was great.

Love the Osetra
I got 2 caviars last year and we loved the Osetra so we got a bigger tin this year and it was amazing!! My absolute favorite bite was a slice of radish with smoked trout dip and a piece of castelvetrano olive, divine!!!
