Overall I think the products omlet make for chickens are good if a little expensive. I have an omlet walk in run and for the life of me I can’t work out why the mesh has larger gaps at the top than the bottom. The bottom gaps are small enough to prevent rats and small birds from entering. The top gaps are plenty big enough so now I’ve had to buy mesh and fix it. I can’t work out why.

I recently bought the the catio outdoor run and accessories for my cats catio. It was fairly easy to put everything together and everything feels really solid now it's up. The cats are gradually getting used to the equipment. It's a bit of a learning curve for them as they are indoor cats but they are now loving the fresh air and exploring their new equipment. They particularly love the cat den they can snuggle into.
After spending a large amount of money over the years on the zippi tunnels systems and rabbit runs I have to say there is a design flaw with the tunnels.
The tunnels are meant to flex to shape, which they do, but they start to become brittle and crack. They last about 2.5 years, which is just (conveniently) just out side the warranty period. The connectors also snap.
It’s the material design that is the issue and for a premium product you expect more. I now have gaffer tape over the splits and I do not flex the tunnels to reduce the load.
I contacted Omlet, very friendly mail exchange, but only offer a discount on buying more of the same. The discount was 25%, which is a bit of an insult after being a long standing customer of theirs.

As far as customer service goes this company really is the best, they're so lovely and always there to answer any questions.
The problem I have is with the design, we got their Eglu Go guinea pig hutches, we brought 2 for our girl and boy piggies. Along with all of the accessories and larger run options this ads up really quickly and cost us well over £1k. What I didn't realise was how small the house was inside. It's nice for the pigs to use as a hideaway during the day with the door open to the run but it's far too small for them to sleep in. It could easily have been designed a bit better so there was an extra foot (or even half) or so of space (or even another pull out level inside as there's a lot of wasted height). Instead we very reluctantly have had to go out and get alternative cages for the piggies to sleep in and be in through the winter as the pigs all just go in the inside if it's cold or wet and argue as it's too small for them. Basically it's great for dry spring, summer days but that's it.
They advertise this as a 'hutch suitable for 2/3 piggies' but it absolutely isn't and this is really misleading. This is stated in the main product print. It’s not until I recently checked the FAQs it says too small to use as a hutch. Hardly anyone is going to see this and as a buyer it is really unfair and misleading. They need to change the title to something like outdoor run as it’s very poor advertising it this way. Basically they’re expecting you to spend £700 on a hutch then send you off to another brand to buy a proper one that does the job as they don’t offer actual Guinea Pig hutches.
Also, the covers are hopeless, they don't fully cover the sides at all so when it rains everything still gets soaked, for the price couldn’t they make them a fraction bigger so they actually cover the whole run area? It’s been just over a year and our covers have started ripping and tearing too so we will need to replace them soon.
Lovely company but sadly the products don't do what they say on the tin and after a year of use and much more money spent I wish I’d have got an all in one run and proper hutch elsewhere.

Faulty door opening unit which was replaced straight away, also a follow up email to check that I was happy.
We recently bought a chicken run from Omlet. Great service, very quick delivery and great quality product. More expensive than some other companies but I have to say, it was worth it.
We bought a rabbit run for our rabbits they love it we got a tunnel and the easi locks too. It's such a joy to see our rabbits have space to stand up run a bit. It makes it easier to connect with them feed them and less cleaning of the area is required. Rabbits love the tunnel. Overall delighted with our purchase price delivery etc. it's been super cool.
We ordered extra additional run for our chicken run three years ago, only just got round to assembly, needed couple of parts, rang service dept today who are sending out parts , no questions asked, after 3 years. Excellent
Products are very good!
Bought a large hamster run. It is faulty. I have sent videos of the fault as asked by Omlet.(Emily) Sent 3 emails with videos and all have been ignored Very unprofessional and very expensive for shoddy goods.

Excellent - bought a cat bed and delivery was very quick. Well made bed with washable cover. Cats love it..
Their rabbit shelter with play tunnel is a hit in my rabbit's world. Highly recommended!
Omlet have a fantastic system for Catio’s it’s simple, effective, and has enough ability to be adaptable to almost any situation. The product range covers everything you could want and is very easy to self install. Highly recommended.
Staff are helpful and responsive at Omlet but they don’t seem to want the sales . They used an incompetent courier ( DPD) who was unable/ unwilling to deliver my coop/ run and accessories. My time was totally wasted over the course of two days , no effort was made by their chosen courier to deliver my goods so reluctantly I had no option but to ask for all the goods totalling approx £800 to be sent back leaving a very disappointed customer. Not a happy experience .

We bought the 2x2x2 Catio and it was perfect for what we wanted to do. Delivery was only a couple of weeks and came in 6 boxes all clearly marked. We followed the instruction video on Omlet’s web page and found it easy to put together. We attached around our patio doors and left mesh on one side off. We also built a wooden base to give Catio extra height and bracketed it to this and wall, it’s turned out brilliant cats are loving the new outdoor space, very good design and quality and doesn’t look to big or bulky on our decking, it is expensive but worth it when it’s up, you won’t be disappointed if you buy one.
Purchased the 2 x 3 x 2m cat run which I put up today. It was really straightforward to build - I watched the video from their website which helped enormously. It took two of us about 2 1/2 hours to complete and we both actually enjoyed doing it. We were also really impressed with how good the quality is and the clever way it goes together.
I’m awaiting a cat tree to go inside but the cats are already enjoying their new patch in the garden.
I have to say Omlet’s customer service is absolutely brilliant as well. I needed to speak to them about my order and called the number on the website, and got through first time. They were so helpful and really seemed to care about their customers. I thoroughly recommend Omlet for the quality of their products and their excellent team.
Thanks so much!
I love the Omlet products. They look cool. However, they're not cheap and my experience is that they don't last that well. I bought a single tunnel system about 4 years ago. These retail at £95. The sliding door mechanism never worked well (didn't slide but could just about shut with force) and 4 years on the tunnel is really not useable because it's perished and is full of holes. I'm certain these products are designed to be left outside and I would expect, at the price paid that it would have lasted longer. That's a lot of plastic going into landfill. I've also got a cover which is half plastic and half green - the green side has faded horrible so that it looks awful. Not that impressed by the quality for the price tag.

After owning 2 Omlet chicken houses for many years I have just splashed out and purchased an additional brand new one. I could cry! My old houses are still going strong and the design is genius they are super strong and so simple they work and they work exceptionally well. The new one is very noticeably less robust feels so much more flimsy. you can no longer slide the roof open!! There is no floor under the droppings tray. The roof is in 2 halves with a rubber seal. It’s smaller and where as everything slotted together seamlessly via moulded plastic you now have awful metal brackets everywhere which create additional cleaning problems. The two solid locking bolts have been replaced by a twist and lock plastic thing that doesn’t feel as secure. Putting it together is way more complicated with all the additional screws and plastic vents, metal brackets etc. I’m guessing manufacture costs have led to all this but it’s so disappointing to see how such a fantastic design has been messed with. They are still good houses and win over wood every time but I will go on the hunt for original secondhand old style now.

Terrible service. I ordered an Omlet chicken coop on Wednesday 12/3 and was given a delivery date of Friday 14th so waited in all day and no sign of a delivery, the following day I received a mail to say the items (5 packages in total) were out for delivery, waited in again and only one small package was delivered, no sign of the other 4 items. Poor service and I wont buy from Omlet again.

Got a 21 meter chicken fence. Quick delivery.
Love that the fence is taller than what you would normally get in the market and the holes are pretty small, so chickens can't get through them.
The only issues is that it was quite fiddly to assemble, definitely took longer than I would expect. Instructions are not super clear and parts of the poles are not marked, so took a bit of time to figure it out. The netting is also quite rigid, which is great if you are setting it up on even ground, but it didn't work so well on my uneven yard.
