I have bought a domain

I have bought a domain, after the website publishing it didn't work - wasn't visible. So I reached out to the service help and was promised that it will work in 30min, but it did not. I reached out again, than the said that - the SSL certificate of your website likely wasn't activated properly

I am truly sorry that your website was not visible right away after publishing and that our support did not meet the promised 30-minute timeframe. A delayed response time is frustrating, especially when you are trying to get a freelance business off the ground and need everything to work smoothly from the start.
Besides the initial delay, it appears there was an SSL certificate mismatch that prevented the site from loading correctly. While that was eventually resolved, it absolutely should have been diagnosed during your very first contact. 

I want to thank you again for all the feedback and the great proposals you shared during our call. We really covered a lot of ground, and your insights will help us focus on where our priorities need to be.
