What a delightful experience

Charges for "Services" that were never ordered

Charges for PHP Extended Support which was never ordered or used or mentioned that they'd charge for that.
That is especially interesting in the context of me having moved both the domain and the webspace to a proper service provider.
So while all the services are cancelled I'm still being charged every month.

Other than that: Everything is just WAY overpriced. There are 100 hosters out there who offer better products for far cheaper prices.
