The home we booked was perfect .
But more important was the care before, during and after the stay provided by the staff of onefinestay, attentive and quick.
It wasn‘t our first stay and it was like our previous stays outstanding .

Fabulous property, and a fabulous company to deal with. Everything went like clockwork, the house was super clean, and in a great location, just a few minutes to the tube.
Wonderful looking out to the private gardens not available to guests, but a great outlook , and a balcony to sit and look out.
Would definitely use this company again. Full marks

My family of 9 including my 93 year old father just returned from Jamaica and a stay at the amazing Villa Christina. It was the first time we had rented a house and not stayed in a hotel. We are also regular travelers. We had such a wonderful time! The Villa was beautiful and so spacious. More importantly I can not say enough for the support and kindness of the staff- Carol, Dwayne, Nick and Ruben. They took such good care of us including my Dad which made it a great vacation for everyone! Highly recommend.

Reps were very good and responsive. Rental did not live up to its listing except for location. Flat was too hoy and furnishings uncomfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone especially at its cost.

communication was great, descriptions of the flat were accurate. It was a lovely stay.

We enjoyed the level of service extended to us. We had groceries awaiting us upon arrival. A person to help us book all the events during our stay. Each event was above the level I would have been able to book online.

From the beginning planning stage to move in, the team of one fine stay showed the utmost professionalism. We stayed for 10 days and the property was gorgeous and the attention to detail was perfection. I could find no fault in anything and I am extremely critical.

The house we were supposed to stay had a bathroom problem the day before our arrival. The onefinestay team gave us a choice of alternative houses and the one we chose was amazing. It is easy to have a good time when there are no problems. The important thing is to stay with a company that ensures that you still have a good time even when something goes wrong.

Wonderful Customer Service and Support
Great location in London, the elevator was not working which I understand is a continuing and on going issue and when both suitcases weight 26 kg and you have to go up to level 4 that’s a real issue. The kitchen was very under equipped ( no toaster, please!!!!) in addition to other utensils. The bedroom faces a rather noisy street.

Beautiful apartment. The team at Onefinestay were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay with them again.

Unbelievable customer service. They recused us at the last minute from a disastrous experience elsewhere. Will definitely book with One Fine Stay in the future.

The house was beautiful and the location was great.

Starting from the time I requested the booking to all the way through check-out we experienced thorough professionalism. We sensed their presence so we could know that they were just a phone call away, yet it was not intrusive. The perfect balance of care and distance.

Our flat at Norway House was lovely. Beds were truly super king and baths were luxury. Just a block from Trafalgar Square so very central. The extra touches were very thoughtful — some milk, water and snacks and coffee as well as tea —.helped our jet lag a lot.

Loved the appartment and the special attention on arrival. Fresh flowers, lights on, it felt like coming home after a long trip.
Helpful staff, even if they couldn't accommodate all our last minute wishes, they were quick in responding and helpful.
