The service was wonderful as was the house! Amazing and will 100% use again.

Excellent coordination: Meet and Greet at CDG is worth the cost and the involved staff was very helpful.
Though the location included the daily afternoon noise of happy students once school was let out, the neighborhood was moderately quiet.
Our accommodations were very comfortable and for the two of us, we appreciated the small second bedrooms to lay out our clothes and keep the rest of the apartment in neat order.
We love to wander Paris and found several great spots for morning espresso and pastries to excellent Italian and French food.Perhaps a list of immediate spots as such be helpful. This is our sixth visit to Paris and spent time with two couples we know. A nice treat as well as the exhibits and a few of the museums.

Hi, my experience in NY has been negative and traumatic with Onefinestay. The apartment was really deeply dirty and stinky. No one from the company is based in NY: they had no local contact person.
Only after many emails describing how dirty and smelly the apartment was, did they reply. I asked to change the apartment but they denied me. I had no alternative: either I stayed there (in the dirt and stink, with very old pots and pans and a filthy, unusable kitchen...) or I had to leave and lose all my money. They were not going to reimburse me. Only after two weeks (!!) did the house become "decent." Although when my family came to visit I had to put them up in the hotel (at my own expense). My experience was traumatic: Onefinestay does not allow you to change apartments in case (as I did) things did not go well. They claim to be a company with luxury real estate, they charge you so much but the apartment I rented was indecent, they are absent and do not allow you to change apartments. A nightmare for me.

The flat was lovely, though disappointed fireplace did not work and also that we were not made aware of the extensive works being undertaken in the common areas. It would have been nice to have at least been informed about the construction conditions (fortunate that no actual work going on, as that would have been disruptive to our stay.) Elizabeth

Everything was seamless. They thought of everything. Treated us like royalty. No complaints from these tourists.

The one fine stay staff are fantastic, and really reactive however the property we stayed in was not up to standard. It was not exceptionally clean, the upstairs shower did not function etc

Another great stay in London with One Fine Stay. The home was lovely and well located. We always feel well looked by One Fine Stay and the staff are attentive when there is an issue. We had good duvets this time, not the over heavy and over hot synthetic duvets we’ve had in the past. I hope we’ll get them next time too!

I've often used your company over the years and every time it's seamless! Great communication and you always responding promptly. Excellent presentation of our latest apartment in Belgravia - linen, towels, products all lovely. Everything was in working order.
We had large suitcases, needed to check out of our hotel by midday and you kindly let us into the apartment early rather than 3 or 4 pm checkin. Thank you!

What I appreciated was that the place was exactly as it was described. But also the team behind One Fine Stay who met us there, made sure we felt comfortable when we arrived, were on hand so quickly when any hiccups happened and were super proactive in reaching out before, during and after our stay.

We were well, but rather disappointed about the noise.
It does not really match the description in the offer. The noise of the undergrund is not from the station but the loud passing almost every 3 minutes. There is no useable terrasse - even the court smells not too good. The Equipment and atmosphere of the house was fine. The noise we got used to it and we missed it at home in Switzerland! The Chelsea area is wonderful and we liked it very much. The help for the heating at onefinestay was perfect and very kind.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was just like the picture, it was clean, the kitchen had all utensils necessary. And the apartment was very well located, near supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Very quiet street.

My one fine stay was amazing. Both homes were very clean and comfortable. The cleaning was very good . I felt safe and very relaxed. Thank you

Beautiful place, helpful staff, well stocked. Only negative was distance from center of London, lack of direct tube routes.

Location was great! Easy to walk to 2 tube stations and shopping and pubs. Would stay here again in a second. Great for 2 couples with king beds and private baths. Very clean and well equipped.

A large, clean, modern, and well appointed apartment in London - what more could you want.
