Overpriced
The store has good, quality products. The price is way too expensive for a second hand store. I would rather buy new items and be able to return them than buy used for similar price. There’s always a sale at retail stores that are at least half off.

On Que is my go to boutique for unique high end designer clothes and accessories
On Que is my go to boutique for something special. The selection is great. On Que have a good selection high end designers and couture but I can always find something basic for work as well. The service is exceptional. Lexi is my favorite stylist. I feel confident that on Que does a thorough job authenticating high end designer bags like Chanel, LV, Hermès.

I am glad you are interested in how your customers feel. I have given you guys a couple of chances doing business with you. Each time it was such poor business practices I have no words.
The straw that broke me was when I explicity told a a senior employee not to mark down an item that was in brand new condition and since it had sentimental value would not sell it at less than we agreed. SHe in turn assured me that we had an agreement. Well guess what, her word meant nothing as I was told it sold for a reduced amount substantially. I made the mistake of trusting you guys for the second time. How do I have proof of what you sell an item for? because I CANNOT trust your word. I was told as well by one of your employees you put my things up on ebay!! Appalling, I could have done that! Never again do I recommend you to anyone.
Hopefully you read this and you change your dishonest ways. I was hurt with my item being sold and by your disregard for what meant so much to me to happen.
