When you were in the Pavilion Neighborhood Center on Valley Center Drive, 92130, I was your customer. The last thing, a Gucci I bought was later determined to be "fake". The sales rep whose name I forgot, swore it's authentic, however the seller lost the proofs. I know it was the model one of my clients loved, and wouldn't mind pre-owned but never used (as the sales woman told me). This sales woman was sooo smooth and friendly to manipulate us (told us if it's fake, the store stood behind items they sell, and will refund $) to believe she was telling the truth. However, after giving it as gift, my client told me later that she was so embarrassed Gucci stated it was a fake. Every time I called while I was visiting in LA for two weeks, the store people said that I had to talk to this woman (who had been there for long time, but she was never around). When I finally came back in town and went to the store, you guys have moved, cleared away from the location. So not only I wasted almost a thousand dollars but also I lost a long term real estate client.

Store told me on the phone I had a credit. Mysteriously when I went to use the credit it disappeared. Not cool at all.

Have been there client past 10years , love the store , hospitality, service. there merchandise are all in excellent quality.
I also consignment with them as well and always been please .

I consigned several expensive pieces and OnQue was scrupulously honest. Their service is always terrific.

I bought a $2000 Chanel bag on Onquestyle.com from Vaunte.com before it suddenly went out of business a few years ago, Onquestyle refused to send the Chanel bag to me even though I paid $2000. I am still out the $2000, Obviously, I would never buy anything from Onquestyle.
