We've used OSS for our recent move from Denmark to Austrlaia. The communication is generally great, and they share many details along the way so you're always in the know in regards to your items. The process was straightforward as well. The company is responsible for packing everything, transport and delivery, which makes things very easy. They look after your stuff and also inform you beforehand so you know what to expect – what items to avoid packing, what is likely to cause delays in customs, etc The only issue I have is the long waiting time. I'm not sure whether this was OSS's responsibility, but our things took significantly longer to arrive than the initial estimate. We got the sense after once our items were cleared by customs, OSS held on to them until they could deliver in Melbourne. In total it took 6 months for our belongings to arrive from Denmark, which is a long time.

I used OSS to relocate from Sydney, Australia to Abu Dhabi, UAE in August, 2025. From getting consultation and quotation to scheduling and packing up home goods, OSS was very professional and helpful which made my move a lot less stressful. I have spoken to several relocation consultants but only Metua Carson at OSS was able to provide the most accurate information and was always responsive to any questions I asked. My shipment arrived in about 2 months and everything was in perfect condition with no damage. I can’t thank OSS enough for providing such a smooth, stress-free relocation process and I have no hesitation to use them again in the future.

This company assisted me with what is a complex move both practically and emotionally back to Ireland. Each staff member I dealt with were efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, empathic and solution focused. Due to health difficulties I often require more clarification than an average client which was met with understanding and patience. I’m very grateful for their support and competence

Had shipping from relocating from Brisbane to London. OSS made the shipping effortless. All the items were collected, packaged and delivered with no damage. Good communication to keep me informed about progress.

Gabbie Doust guided my husband and I through the move process from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we couldn't have done it without her. Gabbie also introduced us to her contacts at JetPets who seamlessly assisted with the transport of our furbaby. Gabbie arranged for our delivery to happen on our settlement date and James and the team who delivered our belongings went above and beyond, including working out of normal hours, to help us settle in. Can't recommend OSS, Gabbie and James enough.

The move of my Nana's items from New Zealand to Australia was do easy. All of the boxes we packed arrived in perfect condition. They were full of breakable items like china and crystal, nothing was broken on arrival. Fantastic service.

Transition of our items were so smooth and well communicated on both sides Auckland and Brisbane. Guys who came to Brisbane were so very helpful in organising everything back. It just feels so good at home to see all your lovely things back which matters a lot for the family. Thankyou for making it happen so efficiently. I will keep referring you guys👋

Thank you to Gabbie Doust for making our experience so easy, always ready to help, answer any questions and so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was to big or small, always got back to us when she said she would, send a email and we would have an answer back directly. The packing crew was fantastic the guys worked so hard, and made sure we where happy with everything, these three people are worth they wait in gold OSS are very lucky to have them.
