Probably the most pleasurable car purchase I have ever had, and I have purchased a lot of cars!
I really was impressed with the dealership and the non-pressured environment, certainly worth the 170 mile round trip. Simon really is an asset to Mini and your dealership, he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, approachable and most importantly a really nice chap to deal with. 10/10 Thank you Simon and Oxford Mini!

Fantastic customer service from Brian and Darren. The latter driving 20 miles to deliver a missing locking wheel nut so my tyre could be replaced.

I just traded in my old Mini for a new Mini Cooper Sport. I dealt with Rhys throughout and I was really pleased. The trade in price was very competitive and my new car was designed with all my requirements. There were some build delays which are not at the control of Oxford Mini and I was kept informed each step of the way. Collection day was great with a nice private presentation. Rhys took time to fully explain my new car and assisted with tech set up. I would recommend Oxford Mini to friends & Family and hope that my journey going forward with my new fabulous Mini will be just as great. Good job

I don’t very often write reviews but I had to write one based on my experience with North Oxford Mini and in particular Rhys. We popped into the mini showroom to have a look at the Mini electric as a possible trade in for my car. Rhys was immediately warm, welcoming and also included my little girl in conversation! I was absolutely bowled over by his knowledge. He offered me a 24 hour test drive which I eagerly went for. Upon returning the car today there was no pushing me to place and or bulldozing me into making an on the spot decision. I really respected him for taking the time to listen to everything I had to say. Keep up the good work Rhys! Hopefully I will be able to place an order soon!

Picked up my new Mini Electric last week from North Oxford Mini. Rhys' knowledge is excellent and he has been so helpful and communicative, from my first test drive right through to delivery (including helping my partner secretly arrange a personalised roof as a surprise to me!). We couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you again.

Just collected a new Clubman and am really pleased with the service from North Oxford Mini. Rhys was extremely helpful and patient, finding us the perfect nearly-new model and letting us make our minds up with no pressure after a good length test drive and a knowledgeable demonstration of the vehicle. A quick turnaround once the deal was done with good communication throughout. Less than a week later and we have the car. Would recommend highly.

I recently bought a Mini Cooper from North Oxford Mini. Rhys was an excellent sales person, very helpful throughout the whole process.

After a 30 year wait (nothing to do with the lead-times) I finally purchased a new Mini which I had the pleasure of collecting on 26th November - both Harriet who I dealt with throughout the process & Josh (for the handover) have been a pleasure to deal with - a perfect amount of communication. A seamless experience from start to finish, I love my new Mini Cooper Classic, it was well worth that wait!

I have had many cars over the years and until I bought a mini I have never had the sam make of car twice. i loved my petrol Mini Cooper and when Rhys contacted my about the mini electric I did it hesitate and booked an appointment for a test drive, the car blew me away and we placed an order immediately. So far we have purchased 3 minis from north Oxford mini and I’m sure we will buy more again in the future.
The sales process is so simple and easy and there is no pantomime and false promises like we had to endure with other car dealerships.
The sales team are brilliant and the service department are great too. I recommend anybody looking to buy a mini to visit here.

Did part exchange with my old car to upgrade for a newer one, staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very patient with me as I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Very quick service and were great at communicating with me through the experience. Can’t fault them

Excellent knowledge, excellent advice, excellent service. Really helpful in understanding my needs, and advising appropriately. I didn't buy Mini in the end - but only because it wasn't the right car for me.

I recently purchased a car from mini north Oxford and the service I received was fantastic. Josh could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable about the car. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Without a doubt I would highly recommend josh and the North Oxford mini team.

What can I say! We have never been to a garage where the staff are so friendly but certainly Rhys in particular. The day we came to look at a mini he was knowledgeable , friendly and not pushy at all. He was able to talk us through each spec with so much confidence! His service from start to finish has been exceptional and I am a very happy customer and a proud owner of a Mini Cooper S and I love it! Thank you Rhys and we need more like you!
