Paint didn’t match my car once dry and is much darker. The touch ups look really obvious and bad and have ruined the paintwork on my car. Total waste of money wish I hadn’t bothered I am absolutely gutted.

Product does not match the colour of my car, what the hell did you colour match my vehicle with, I gave you all the cars details and reg, I now have dark grey/black paint on a light grey paintwork, Shocking Shocking Shocking, This has taught me there is no quick fix for when you scratch or chip your paint work, take it to someone who can do the job properly with the correct product.

It’s the fact that the paint matched. What more do I need to say. Great would buy again

First time doing body work repair, put my putty on sanded it down according to the instructions. Ordered my paint lacquer and primer from paint nuts,
WOAH BLUDDY HELL! perfect match on the paint colour, took a few coats, put the lacquer on, genuinely my misses didn't know it was ever damaged! beautiful Job done by a first time trier! If you're thinking about it, just do it.

The colour never matched. I ordered to touch up paint for a Range Rover and Tesla MX, provided correct Reg and colour code. Recevied those 2 paints, shaked 5 mins and try on both cars. None of that were matche, massive different. Also the charged delivery are expensive. Useless at all, throwed both of that into bin, £20 wasted.

Wrong colour paint supplied. Help Team then required multiple photos of the car, car paint code label, damaged area and paint pen which were supplied. Then told to invert pen for an hour and shake for 5 minutes before painting white paper and supply photo of paper next to car which again were supplied showing match was not even close. Then asked to supply photo of pen after inverting for another hour and shaking for 5 minutes. At this point I gave up as the Help Team just keep asking for more and more information and wasting time.
Summary, if you have £18 you don't want and would like to waste many hours of your life this is great way to do it.

I ordering a p[rimer in white and they sent a primer in grey?
I emailed and nothing so I rang them and I had to wait for a email from them.
They also said I had to box up the parcel print off a label and take it to a post office or store that would send the parcel back.
All this trouble for THEIR mistake.

Ordered a touch up pen for my MG3 hybrid. Gave them the colour code but when I applied the paint it was much darker than the rest of the car. When I complained I was told to invert the pen for an hour and then shake it for 5 minutes!
It was then a little paler but still not the correct colour. Maybe this was because I had already used some of the paint but why do they not give the above instructions when they dispatch the paint?
I will now have to remove the paint and employ someone such as scratch away. Should have done this in the first place.

I ordered a touch up pen, primer and lacquer bundle with an extra touch up pen for another car. Unfortunately I received a rust remover instead of the additional touch up pen. Once informed they remedied the mistake quickly and efficiently.
The products themselves are perfect for my requirements.

I ordered the paint for my old car and received it 2 days later by tracked delivery. I have just painted my car today and the match was exceptional.
Thank you so much for the quick and accurate supply.
