Very poor customer service

Avoid.
I paid for premium fast track delivery. Order finally arrived after 10 days!
They implied it was a problem with the courier service, Evri. I'm not interested if it was or not.
However, there was no offer of a delivery refund, so I had to ask for it. The reply I received said they would give a refund on the difference between premium delivery and standard delivery! £3.
I replied saying that it was disappointing and poor customer service that I had to chase the order, wait so long for it, not be offered any form of refund until I asked for it and then only be given the difference. I explained I wasn't looking for a reply but wanted to provide feedback.
I got a reply saying 'thank you for your feedback. I will pass this on'.
They have no interest in customer satisfaction.

AVOID!!

Absolutely ridiculous: the size; the colour, which is nothing like what I ordered; and the brush, which isn't even a brush, all rolled up in a way that I cannot use. Avoid at all costs.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. The 'All you need' bundle did not have all you need, as they forgot to put the gloves in my parcel. There were no instructions on how to use the products nor could I find instructions on how to use all the products in the kit.
I called their help desk and a member of staff was rude and raised their voice.
The colour match wasn't good either and not impressed with the product or the customer service.
Overall, extremely poor. I wouldn't waste your money.

Perfect match.

I had a lot of stone chips on the bonnet and drivers side doors on my 2016 ford kuga. It looked rather unsightly and I wanted to sell the car.
I thought I'd try paintnuts touch up on a few of the chips. Well bugger me they disappeared!!!! I have to say I didn't expect it to be brilliant but it really was. The colour match was perfect, I busily went over every chip and watched them disappear.
Very pleased and very surprised at the results, worth every penny. Delivery wasn't the quickest but wasn't bad.
All in all I was chuffed and sold the car for a good price.

Order never arrived, then was told they couldn't do it!.

Ordered a touch up kit, was given an estimated delivery date which came and went without any contact from this company. I sent them an email to chase up the order and received a reply saying they are not sure what has happened and asked if I would like a refund or another kit sent out. As I was selling my bike in a weeks time I asked for another kit to be sent as I really needed to sort out a scratch on my bike. I then receive a further email days later saying they are unable to mix the paint for my bike (matte beige for Yamaha) and will issue a refund! This is 3 weeks after the initial order and I am now unable to get a touch up kit from another company in time before I sell my bike, and this is going to cost me over £100 in the value of my bike!
Not happy and will never use this company again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Paintnuts repair product.

The correct product arrived by the given date. It was exactly the right colour for my car. Upon reading the instructions, I mixed and applied the paint to a scratch on my car's bodywork. The nib was just right to apply paint to the scratch 'grooves' and the narrow brush, when unscrewed, was great to apply the paint to a slightly broader damaged area.
Altogether I was very pleased with this product. At £13.99, it was affordable. When dried, the covered scratch was barely noticed. Thanks Paintnuts 👍 😊
