I didn't like Panda's sales policy: Initially, I subscribed to the Essential plan, but then, immediately wanting to upgrade to the Advanced plan (to include ransomware protection), I was quoted higher prices than if I had subscribed directly to the Advanced plan from the start. The customer service representative on the chat was inflexible. I had to figure out how to get a refund for my first subscription on my own before I could proceed with the second subscription. Aside from that, the product seems good.
2025/11/14: I would like to clarify that, following my review above, I have just been contacted by a VERY FRIENDLY agent from PANDA's technical service, who asked to have the details of the problem explained to him, and assured me that he would pass it on and ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again.

Initially, I failed to understand how to use your product so I had a brief interaction with online help. I was quickly transferred to a person (Emily) who made every effort to fix my issue, taking time and being clear in her explanations, and when she could help no further, she passed me to a technician who sorted my laptop out and talked me thru cleaning up the two mobiles in our home. Emily called me the next day to check everything was OK. A pleasant, efficient and personal service. Thank you.

I cancelled a subscription for £14.99 but you refused to give me a refund when I asked for it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! A TOTAL AND COMLETE SCAM!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND MONEY AND FIND A SERVICE THAT IS STATIONED IN THE UNITED STATES! THESE PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND SINCE SEPTEMBER, I FINALLY CALLED IT AND TO THE 30 DOLLAR HIT AND PURCHASED A NEW A DIFFERENT ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY ACCOUNT AND PRODUCTS TOGETHER ON THE SAME ACCOUNT, AND HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON MANY TIMES, HAVE SPOKEN TO 6 DEIFFENT PEOPLE OF WHICH EACH OF THEM TRIES TO SELL ME ANYTECH 360 PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INSTEAD OF FIXING MY ISSUE!! WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE I MADE RETURNING TO THIS COMPANY!!

Quality of product and price was good but they don't stop bombarding you with pop ups before, during and after buying the product .It's a real turn off Panda !

Much easier this year to activate than previous years

After an update my pc did not function well.
Wrote Panda and after a short period a guy called and quickly fixed the problem. He even spoke my native language (Danish)
A year or two ago, cant remember the date.

It sucks that you wiped out all my bookmarks.

They charged me twice but will not refund the second charge. Getting a response from them to resolve my problem is impossible. Raised with bank.

Best antivirus and security product on the market.
If help needed, tech support is responsive and knows how to resolve any issue.

I use Panda Advanced Security for almost 5 years. I forgot what it means to have viruses in the computer or have browser compromised. My work needs high level of digital security that Panda has provided for me. I highly recommend them.

A good anti virus program, easy to install and a very good price compared to other companies

You haven't got rid of my pop up ever
ytime I try to use .y phone pop ups appear i can't play my games I hope this can be resolved please
