If you chase up any monies owed to you, that should have been processed and paid to you THE NEXT WORKING day, they will disgustingly and dishonestly accuse you of being rude. For having the right to chase up your own money. They will lie and falsely claim you breached their 'terms and conditions'. They will deactivate any accounts that chase up payment and if you tell them you will escalate your complaint to the Market Research Society.
They have no excuse for NOT PAYING YOU THE NEXT WORKING DAY, or at least within five days. If you have not been paid, make sure you send a copy of your complaint to the Market Research Society.
UPDATE 25/10 - In response to PO's ridiculous reply.
“We take all customer concerns seriously and aim to ensure that all payments are processed as promptly as possible." No. you don't. I have complained multiple times over the years how long it takes PO to process a Faster Payment. How PO deliberately delays processing a Faster Payment. Faster Payments has been around since 2008!
"In your case, we can confirm that your reward was credited and you were informed via email and through our app's messaging system.” That is asinine. I was completely ignored on the website. Nobody responded to messages on the website. I was only paid after I was forced to call and chase up the payment, a week after I requested the payment. I had to speak to Made in Studios, in Birmingham because nobody was answering the phone in London. The accounts department only processed the payment after I spoke to Made in Studios. I would not have been paid if I did not chase it up because the accounts department forgot to process my payment. I was paid within minutes after I received the email. So this proves that PO are capable of processing payments the same day when they want to. “We are sorry to hear there was any confusion regarding this.” There was no confusion. Only deliberate delay by PO in making a payment. A payment that I should not have needed to chase up.
“We would also like to clarify that our team always strives to maintain a respectful and professional dialogue with all of our customers.” By completely ignoring requests for payments. Ignoring messages. Not answering the telephone in London. Knowing full well that PO uses the Faster Payment System and have no excuse not to process payments the same day. Or at least no more than three working days.
“However, we also have a duty to protect our staff from behaviour that is abusive or inappropriate, and your consistent lack of courtesy during your time on our platform is the reason why we were forced to delete your account.” That is complete slander and libel. Another false fabrication of the facts. I was never rude in my messages on the website, neither was I rude when I called and spoke to Made in Studios. In fact, it was PO who were rude. For continually ignoring me, not processing my payment when I requested it. Delaying the payment. Not paying other panellists. For still having no respect for panellists. The real reason my account was deleted was because PO knows very well that I know they have no excuse for not processing payments the same day. That I would have escalated my complaints to the Market Research Society. PO no longer wanted me as panellist because they know I escalate complaints and do not accept absurd excuses.
Panel Opinion is a very good example of a survey hosting site that exploits its panellists. That has no respect for panellists and pays them pittance. The same panellists, like myself, that over the last decade has helped Market Research make billions in revenue.
If you have an account with Panel Opinion, do not take any excuses. Chase up payments longer than three working days. You should have been paid the same day. Contact their London office, MIS Group UK. Or if the London office is refusing to answer the phone. Call 'Made in Studio' in Birmingham. But be aware, they will falsely excuse you of being rude and will close your account.

I take part regulrly in panel opinon surveys. They send quite a few an they ae interestig and varied and offer a fair reward. They are easy accessible if I did ever need to contact hem if I was having an issue using their site.

I request my payment since on the 22nd of August and up on till now have not received it have sent emails and even sent message through they website to customer care they didn't reply or refund my money after doing how many hours of survey and I taught this was a good platform to make some incentive and give my opinion but after they refuse to pay me have not attempt any survey since then

Always had a really positive experience with Panel Opinion and have been a member for a good few years. However, I requested payment weeks ago now and have not received it, had complications with two surveys which I did not receive credit for and have had three messages sent to them with regard to all these issues completely ignored. A real shame as I always really rated them but something has gone amiss. :(
Thanks for your reply. I did contact customer services 3 times over a 2 week period but received no response, hence my trust pilot review. I have received payment now but i presume only following negative review. I repeat that I do usually have a great experience but the lastonth or so has been awful.

Company absolute joke... proved did a survey for hour or so robbed my 6 pound said nothing could do though screenshot to prove did survey but didnt register their end. Tried to blame 3rd party....cashed out soon as reached 10 pound limit. 3 weeks later still no payment. I'd be ashamed if worked for these scammers.

I’ve had a great time using panel opinion. I’ve withdrawn a few times over the past few years. However, after reaching over £20 for the first time (the other payouts were £10), I requested the payout almost a month ago and still haven’t received the cash. I’ve contacted support a few times for them just to say ‘we will bring it up to the accounts team’ and nothing else happens.
A few days after the review, I received the payment. Thanks very much.
