This was the 1st time of booking a cruise. I found various cruise holiday websites difficult to navigate until I found Paramount Cruises, which was easy to use. Having made an enquiry I was contacted by Tina who spent a lot of time answering questions, exploring options and quoting prices. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We are extremely pleased with the service and the cruise package booked. Would highly recommend.

My booking went really smoothly. The agent was extremely helpful and willing to answer any queries or problems we had. Very quick turnaround from requesting quote to receiving the quote. My booking and deposit was paid within an hour. Happy to use Paramount Cruises again.

Seamless booking experience
I dealt with Caitlin via the WhatsApp chat feature and she answered all my questions promptly and fully.
I swapped and changed things like flights and hotels a few times until we were happy with the details and booking was straightforward.
Plus, they were much cheaper than another company we had looked at for the same holiday.

Fantastic service
This is the second time I’ve used Paramount, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to build a bespoke cruise package. Andreia had the patience of a saint while I chopped and changed dates, flights and hotels. In the end I got the perfect package to suit my needs. I can’t recommend them highly enough

UAE F1 cruise
Recently returned from a UAE cruise taking in the Qatar & Abu Dhabi Grandprix’s
Customer service at Parmaount is excellent Andreia helped organise our trip and was faultless from start to finish providing us with reassuring advice without any pressure.
The MSC cruise, hotel and F1 grandstand tickets were all excellent and I would highly recommend . Thank you .
