Booked a collection late on Monday
Was collected first thing Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday 12.00.
Excellent service.

Sent out a pacel on 3 occasions. Received an "adjustment invoice" (additional charge) for each. No explanation given and after requesting proof, nothing arrived.
PERHAPS one was measured incorrectly - no chance 3 were.
RIP-OFF! Will contact my bank for refund.

I paid for signature on delivery but DHL left the documents by the door and left , because here in the flat anyone could’ve taken it as it already happened in the past for other delivery.So that’s why I paid for signatures on delivery

Please do not use this company. If something gets lost you will never get compensation or the cost of your shipping fee back. If your package gets lost they will not compensate you. I have tried everything, emails going back and forth for days and they wont give you a phone number to call. It’s an unfair service and i would not recommend using this company.

This company are scammers. Booked a £54 delivery and was hit with a £340 additional charge. Of course no way to query this on their website. Have had to recover via credit card company.
Not sure how fraud as blatant as this can be allowed.

I used ParcelHero to send a parcel via Royal Mail. The parcel went missing, but I was initially told everything was fine and to allow up to 28 days. After the 28-day deadline had passed, the parcel was still showing as stuck at the depot and had clearly not been delivered.

As I had never previously had an issue when dealing directly with Royal Mail, I unfortunately made the mistake of placing another order through ParcelHero using Royal Mail again. Exactly the same thing happened – the second parcel also became stuck at the depot and was never delivered.

What followed has been an incredibly frustrating claims process. ParcelHero repeatedly asked for proof that the parcels had not been received, forms to be completed, and further information. I even got asked several times to complete forms I had already sent!

Eventually, I had to go through my credit card provider to recover some of the money. However, that did not cover the value of the goods that were inside the parcels.

Six months later, I am still fighting to get the remaining money refunded.

The most frustrating part is that I paid ParcelHero, not Royal Mail. My transaction and contract were with ParcelHero, yet I have been left chasing this for months rather than ParcelHero resolving the matter with the courier they contracted to provide the delivery service.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend dealing directly with the courier rather than using ParcelHero as an intermediary.

Although the website provides easy to review search results and carrier options, the prices and delivery dates are not necessarily accurate for international shipping. I had to pay additional import fees separately and my parcel arrived at a very different date. There was no information about import & customs fees on the Parcel Hero website and no disclaimers this might be an issue during shipping. Luckily UPS are responsive and sorted it all out, but with another carrier you might not be as lucky.
