I've placed an order with you. Paid and printed labels. The courier is also expecting the parcel and yet you keep sending emails requesting to complete the order. When I chatted to your AI it said the emails are genuine and also a scam! Which is it?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS what can i say they go into my bank account twice to take money after the contract has ended. They make up some silly reason for over charging and when i go back to the UPS . The parcel had been okay with dimensions. They then lie and say oh sorry it was a technical error with charging my bank account but then they try again .
So here is what i will do next parcel hero
I will report you to action fraud , trading standards, I will make sure my bank reverse the charge and i will go to my solicitor in the morning to start legal action against your company for breaking of contract and i will sue your company

Avoid ParcelHero. They don't just deliver late; they take money from your bank account without consent and then delete the evidence.
Service Failure: My delivery was 5 days late.
Double Billing: I paid for 'Residential' delivery on March 2nd. On March 13th, they charged me a 'Residential Surcharge' anyway.
Unauthorised Withdrawal: After promising a 7-day window to 'pay' a second surcharge (£1.51), they snatched the money from my account immediately without proof.
Data Obstruction: When I tried to download my original labels to prove I’d already paid for the service, they restricted my account access. They are literally holding my contract data hostage to prevent me from disputing their theft.
The "Customer Service" and the "Disputes Team" claim they are "waiting for UPS." I didn't contract UPS; I contracted ParcelHero. My Letter Before Action has been ignored. I am now escalating to the ICO for GDPR violations and the Bank of Scotland for fraud indemnity.
Case: 5327403. Total Claim: £234.39. See you in court.

Do Not use ParcelHero! After my parcel was received extra charges were twice taken from my account without prior notification for supposed and false size/weight claims.
I have proved by photos that my original size/weight was correct but I still haven't received a refund over 4 months on.

In July, I sent a parcel from the UK to Germany. This parcel never arrived. Upon contacting Parcelhero twice, I was advised that someone was looking into it. It took until the beginning of March for me to be told that my parcel had been disposed of. When I requested compensation, I was told that I wasn't eligible, because the parcel had been held by the carrier for several months after having been deemed 'undeliverable'. Allegedly, attempts were made to return it to the sender address, but those were unsuccessful as the address was deemed vacant - perculiar given that it is home to three people and located in a residential area in the outskirts of London. Not only did neither the carrier nor Parcelhero contact me to inform me that the parcel could not be delivered or that they were attempting to redeliver it to my UK address, I had myself reached out to Parcelhero to resolve the delivery of my parcel during the time my parcel was kept in a 'recovery center', where it was ultimately destroyed.

They have taken funds without my consent and with no justification.
I paid a little under £50 for a shower screen delivery.
They then took £24 without my consent a few weeks later without my consent.
They haven't provided any evidence as to why and It's now been almost two months.
I have emailed them weekly for a breakdown of why and how.
Have just received an email asking me to provide that. It's absolutely shocking they can take your money without saying what for.
I would proceed with caution!

DPD Parcel Hero Bit of a Disaster all round.
Courier DPD delivered the wooden lid only?
Contacted the courier DPD direct same day, who provided Image and Driver's name but said Parcel Hero needed to raise the follow up Trace.
Parcel Hero delayed significantly (2 Months) so their was no chance of finding the item.
I provided photos of before and after and they couldn't grasp only the lid had been delivered.

I dropped my parcel off at the local drop off point for collection with Fed Ex. Over 24 hours later my parcel is still sitting there and has not been collected. Now after hours on the phone I am told my parcel will be delivered 4 days late,
Parcelhero have been terrible, you can’t even get to speak to someone. It’s Just all automated and they have you going around in circles.
Never again will I use this company I would rather pay a bit more and use a company that you can actually contact and offers some kind of customer service.

Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this company to anyone.They can charge extra money without any notice, taking money from your bank. I had a very bad experience; they charged me 1233 pounds extra for one parcel, and they don't reply. Very, very bad experience- it's a scam.

When clicking on the link I can rebook collection for the next day provided I pay an extra charge???
Why do I need to pay extra for a service you have already failed to provide???

I sent 8 parcels to Germany, all of our belongings, baby photo album, clothes, literally our whole life.
They emailed today saying our items have all been destroyed because we didn’t answer their requests… they didn’t even send a single email to us!!!! They emailed one time, that was yesterday (our last day) we got the documents sent and they emailed us back saying sorry it’s been destroyed, thousands of pounds and memories destroyed because of their poor communication, plus the money spent on sending it all.
Were absolutely heart broken about it and they couldn’t give a damn. Disgusting service. Do not use them.
The company have made me take out the operators name.

If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. An absolute rip off. Firstly they charge £39 to send an item via UPS. When going through UPS same item was £15. After discovering this I cancelled the item with Parcelhero, had been about 12 minutes so no pickup had been made. It took over 10 days and numerous complaints to get money back, they refunded £33 due to administration charges. For what, you didn’t do anything. Absolute scammers. DO NOT USE!
