Craig made sure everything ran smoothly, talked me threw everything, got the car ready for when I wanted it to be, nothing bad to say about the company, he’s also checked in to see if everything’s ok with the car etc which not many places do once they have your money, so fair play. I cannot praise Jack and the Parker Prestige highly enough. Buying a car after having ours stolen started as a painful process when contacting the standard main dealers. Then, thankfully, I found Jack (and Tony and Sam) - no hard sell from him; he immediately understood our predicament and was incredibly prompt in responding to questions. He/they took the pain out of having to replace a stolen car. We have a cracker of a car now. Thank you.

BMW X 3
I had a 3 hour drive to Parker Prestige to collect my BMW X 3, on arrival I met Tony Charlton the sales person I had been corresponding with who made me very welcome and made coffee.
The car was exactly as described by Tony during our phone conversations,nothing was too much trouble for him, he set up my phone and Sat Nav before I made my 3 hour journey home. Would definitely recommend.

Recently bought a BMW 4 series. Cannot recommend Parker prestige enough. Considering I live 200 miles from them their help has been outstanding, like they were living next door.
From the second I put an interest in for the car Craig was extremely helpful in all manners of specs on the car itself, paperwork and also with help the part ex for my current vehicle. It was all so smooth and they took care of everything!
The car itself is exactly as advertised and couldn’t be happier with it.
Again can’t recommend them enough massive thank you to Craig and his team for helping sort everything out and thank you to Chris who delivered the vehicle to me!

I brought a BMW 2 series from Parker Prestige and was helped through the process by Nathan who was extremely helpful allowing me test drives of 3 vehicles that day. Nathan’s assistance was a positive and friendly one, and on the day of completion even picked me up from Darlington train station as I was travelling from the midands. I honestly can't speak highly enough of everyone at Parker Prestige, especially Jack. From the moment my son and I walked through the door, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. There was no pressure at all—just a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where we could take our time looking around and asking questions.

Well where do I start. 2 years ago I purchased an Austin Yellow M4 Competition from Parkers and start to finish it was a very smooth and easy journey. Craig was fantastic and kept communication from my first call (which was 4pm on a Sunday when I saw the listing) right though to the pick up! Even after care was beyond any expectations and I’d push to say , beyond main dealer lever. That said , nearly 2 years on I returned to buy my second car from Craig. Yet again… truely the most smooth and exceptional service received from Craig , Simon and the other team. Nobody is ever rude or make you feel like your in the way.
I honestly would not even say that the 5 hour journey to them (from Kent) will ever stop me from doing many more business with this company.
