i was in a search for a supplier of
oem parts until i found partsouq which had seems to have good reviews. so i ordered fuel filter and thermostat for my old mitsubishi lancer 2006 and
the fuel filter came with large amounts
of ( grease ? ) all around it and a "fix" seems
to take place on the upper part of the filter
the thermostat seems to look ok from the outside
but im not going to take risk with such a careless
treatment of my order. so overall
total waste of money

The price was competitive.
Keep informed of delivery.
Correct part was supplied.
I have used Partsouq many times for different vehicles parts never had any problems.

Second time they don't ship all the parts I have ordered.(Order #711294, and Order #615245)

Next time I will try amayama, who also supply OEM parts.
I ordered 22 items for my Toyota Land Cruiser, and only received 17 items. Very annoying when they just ship the parcel without letting you know that not all parts are shipped. Luckily for me the car is not a daily driver, otherwise it wold be full "mayhem" with a mechanic waiting fore parts!
Shipping to Norway is calculated by weight, and is extremely expensive. They don't refund the reduced weight from the 5 missing items in the parcel either!

If you want to be sure that you get all the parts you have ordered, and don't pay to much in shipping, I would highly recommend to use an other supplier!

11/10 for experience... I have had only great results ordering through Partsouq

I ordered a car cap at the price of $7.52 + UPS shipping costs of $12.84. Two days before the scheduled delivery, I received an email from UPS stating that the shipment is not fully paid and I would have to pay an additional €11.50 upon delivery. I wrote to customer service, and here is the response:

"Hello, it is mentioned in our terms and condition that Customers take full responsibility for any import/duties/taxes/fees (brokerage/admin/airport handling/import) what may be collected by destination country courier company, if they are applicable."

Everything is fine on their end; no one reads a thousand pages written in fine print. The information regarding shipping costs at the time of ordering is incorrect. I do not recommend them.

PartSouq did not accept the return of the item I purchased because I sent it back a few days later than the 2 weeks cut off time. The part was still in original packaging.
I paid in full for the part, sent it back to them and now they have it without refunding me. It is a complete rip off. I do not recommend to do any business with this company!

Partsouq is very professional. The shipping speeds are very quick and the parts arrive in good condition. I have placed many orders and am very satisfied. One of my many orders arrived damaged, Partsouq promptly handled the situation and made sure that I was taken care of. The parts are truly genuine and the company has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Always able to find exactly what i need on this site at a great price. Quality has always been exceptional. Delivery to New Zealand has been fairly quick and consistent with the many orders I have placed over the last year.

Very quick shipping and order process takes 1- 2 days unless there's holidays which would affect the process.
I've been buying from partsquag a while now and haven't had a bad experience. Parts always correct and well packed.

Partsouq has been a great resource for us finding hard to find Toyota parts & quick shipping.

After searching for some internal gearbox parts for an obsolete Suzuki with no luck in the UK, these guys were one of the only google searches that stated 'available' stock with a sensible delivery price.
Make sure you enter the full VIN / Chassis number before ordering to find the correct parts, and don't expect much in the way of communication whilst they do their thing, but sure enough, around a week later an invoice was forwarded and the parts arrived the next day - all present and correct!
Being a 'Drop shipper' they didn't hold the stock themselves, hence the slightly longer lead-time, but trust the process, and order with confidence :)

Beware of dealing with this seller. Here is what happened to my order.

I ordered a few parts online. Their website claimed that the parts are in stock. But when the shipment arrived, I learned that most parts were missing. After I called, they explained that they canceled the missing parts because they were not available.

Basically:

1- They are middlemen: They don't have the inventory that they claim. they first charge you and then look for your parts in the market.

2- They are unreliable: They only ship whatever parts they want. Their customer support agent said: according to our terms of conditions we are not responsible to ship the parts that you buy from us! But we return your money in future!

3- They are irresponsible: They didn't even care to notify me that they are not going to ship my parts. I had to wait until the package arrived to learn that the parts were missing.

4- They are incompetent: They had entered the address incorrectly, so I had to go online and reenter the correct address and the packaged arrived late!

PARTSOUQ is a scammer. I ordered KIA parts last Feb 27, 2024 but I did not received anything. I even emailed them for a refund of my money but they did not bother to respond.

I ordered a genuine Infiniti part for my 2007 G35. It was cheaper than buying it from the dealership. I bought it at a great price. I checked scrap yards, they were selling it for more than I paid for a brand new part from PartSouq! I also found an aftermarket part, brand new, from the US, PartSouq was still cheaper! They ship via FedEx. It was here 3 days earlier than expected AND they sent it during a typhoon they were having in Dubai! PartSouq contacted me to let me know the part might not be shipped the day it was expected to because of the weather as well. Overall, I had a great experience with them. The website is easy to navigate, checkout is straight forward, great prices and excellent communication.
