Fast delivery, correct parts

The service is very good and quick although the prices could be a little more "attractive".

About the way it's running, perfect, nothing to say, but some parts are hard to get and sometimes it take really long to get it on your store, but I believe that's coming from your supplier too, fortunately, most of what we need are available.

Just ordered some Suzuki rocker retainer clips, which must be made out of unobtainium, as no one else seems to have them. Seven days after order, genuine Suzuki parts arrived in Anchorage, Alaska.

Purchased an CONTROLLER ASSY (Ipdm) from this company with order number 629112 and part . Item arrived when promised but upon install,to the new one I recieved, car has power surges, rough idling, when I remove and install old one, that does not have power surge and or rough ideal. Reached out to partSouq out to inquire how I can return for an exchange as this seems to be a defective part. Their solution was for me to get an estimate on how much it will cost to send the item back to them. Did a price check with USPS and got a rough estimate of $103.00.When I gave them the estimate, their response was for me to ship back the item by Priority Mail International and we will compensate you with the return charges.

This is not acceptable as I have never seen a company want it's customer to pay for return shipping when the defect is from them. Way it usually works is the did send a return label and then the customer will ship the defective item back for a refund or replacement. This is a fraud company as they know most will not take the chance to ship back and risk losing again

Excellent service and attention, when I send an email for special questions they respond quickly, the shipping rate is easy to review, easy payment, easy to find the parts and pieces from the manuals with the VIN or part number.

PartSouq are total scammers bought some mitsubishi parts paid £171 Inc delivery only to receive a message 2 days latter demanding £242 tax an duty !!!!! It's only a timing chain kit ??? I complained with emai saying no way I'm paying that level of tax for parts they replied saying no refunds as my problem for duty an tax do not use them they are scammers !!
