good customer service
The garments are lovely but the sizes are not normal. a very large is sized as a 14/16 which is questionable. I ordered a large and I am size 12/14 and it was about 6 inches too small. Didnt even bother to order the very large which is a shame as the corset was gorgeous. Made in China and I think for the Chinese.

Good speedy accurate order
I received excellent service - my order arrived within 3 days discretely packaged and correct. The items ordered were of decent quality and exactly as described on your website. One issue - the courier put the second parcel through my door rather then my external letter box or leaving the item behind my bins as requested - this meant that my second parcel was eaten by my dogs! not good:-( Luckily it wasn't anything too embarrassing to explain to members of my family - just a masquerade mask but it does mean I have wasted £10:49.

not very good
article was a disappointment not very much like what i saw online. I called to have item returned girl on phone was pleasant explained what I was to do to make a return.. Could not say if I would definitely be given a refund until item was received by them and checked to make sure it was resell able but was told I was welcome to order any other items of same value if I wished. I decided to wait for my refund.

We have now moved all next day deliveries over to Royal Mail with a guaranteed delivery before 1.00pm and have not experienced any problems since doing this.

Safe, secure and no embarrassment.
Passion8 does a free speedy delivery with purchases over £35. Site says delivery between 3-5 days but mine came the next day. I was very impressed with speed of delivery and the discreet packaging. Felt great to unwrap so many layers; kinda built up excitement.
A little dissappointed with my purchase but its a great massager so not sending back.
Their unique packages of creams and batteris are so handy. Love them.
Will be buying again soon as miss that purple thruster rabbit.
