I've ordered online a pair of patrol shoes from Patrol Store. When the product arrived, on 1st of April 2023, I've tried the shoes indoor walking in my house for less than 2 minutes. I decided to return them as they are too heavy and not fit for purpose and request a refund. I put the shoes back in the box and post them with Royal Mail (btw I have paid £5 for return) on 5th of April 2023. Only to find out today, on 12th of April, when a customer service adviser called me, that no refund will be issued because the shoes have sign of worn on the sole ( grass and mud). Despite of my attemps to explain them that I have never worn the shoes outdoor, the store refused to issue the refund and only offer to dispose the items (no proof for that and the store can easily clean and re-sale the shoes). The other option offered was to pay another £5 to send the shoes back to me (shoes that I sent back because I can't wear them being way too heavy and nor very comfy). Despicable customer service and untrusted sale practice. I highly don't recommend to order from them and definetely I won't use this store again. Even 1* is too much for such unpleasent experience.

I have used patrol store on a number of occasions for boots, great boots for the money and good service provided, sent on time and received within the time limit stated for delivery, good service and products..

They removed my negative review about product on theirs website. I bought boots Magnum Viper 8.0 boots. Wrote a review that boots are too narrow. Feet are boiling in temperature 5-10 celsius. Material is not breathable. Completely useless for longer patrols over 15km and after 200km couldn't break them in to comfortable level. Blisters and white spots on the feet proves that feet are overheated. Can't recommend both company, boots and what they do with negative reviews.

Bought Haix black eagle tactical 2.0 high boots last year in December.
One of the laces snapped after a short while, and they immediately replaced it.
These boots literally saved my life. They are fantastic. Been wearing them continuously for the last 6 months and hardly show any signs of wear.

The returns charges are a joke - £7.99 for initial shipping. The boots were different from expected and they then charged me £5 to return - I’ve just lost £12.99 for no reason.

Save yourself the other and go shopping in an actual shop and try the boots on in person. Wouldn’t shop here again.

Had a problem with my Lowa boots leaking.
A free returns label was sent to me.
A week or so later was offered a new pair of boots or a refund.
Molly in customer services was especially helpful.
You don't really know what a company is like until you have a problem.
Patrol store were excellent on this occasion.

Avoid this store at all cost. Shipping fees are exorbitant for both shipping and returns. Item size was not corresponding, so I was forced to return- shipping £6.99 plus £5 to return with their label- I just lost £11.99. Never again!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Actually interested in helping me get the right boots.

I have used Patrolstore for over 13 years now and have always found them helpful. Most recently I ordered some boots, the process was simple and quick, and they arrived in good time.

Have been using PatrolStore for years, always great kit and the staff have helped me with boot fittings on a number of occasions. first brought from them in 2010!

Do not use this company. Boots did not fit and when it came to returning I was led to believe it was £6.99 and was charged another £5 on top for printing the label on my own printer. They just deduct it from the amount they refund to you. They just ignore your emails when questioned

BROUGHT A PAIR OF COMBAT BOOTS HAD TO RETURN WHICH WAS LONGED OUT AS THEY ASK ME TO MEASURE THE SOLE SIZE 8 MORE LIKE SIZE 7 I RETURNED THEM PAYING THE RETURN FOR A SIZE 9 .THE BOOT ARE NOT LEATHER THEY HAVE BEEN WORN LIKE 3 TIMES THE SO CALLED LEATHER HAS CRACKED AND IT LOOKS LIKE SYNTHETIC LEATHER AND THE SOLE IS THIN PARTNER HAD TO PUT THICK SOLE INSERTS INSIDE THEM VERY POOR QAULITY .

I have ordered from PatrolStore before, but unfortunately given that I live in an awkward place their delivery option has been taken off their website.

After contacting the company they have advised me that I will still be able to place an order through the phone. Many thanks to Molly, who was absolutely brilliant and really helpful, sorting out the order and ensuring that the correct taxing is applied to where I live.

Terrible customer service. Really poor management. Bought an Airsoft pistol, sorry, tried to buy an Airsoft pistol with full club membership and and a driving licence - they are now refusing to fulfil the order. This is wrong and I will just take my business elsewhere. Avoid this cr*p company

Terrible customer service. I returned a pair of trousers the day after I purchased them on the 1st June via recorded delivery. I am still waiting for refund or any correspondence from this company! I have emailed them 3 times now and nothing back! These weren’t cheap trousers and I am very disappointed with the after sales service I’ve not received! Would not use again or recommend which is a shame as I have a significant amount of contacts who would have purchased from them!
