Called the customer services to ask about changing the postage and they were very kind and helped me do this. They even offered to upgrade me for free!! Very impressed.

Avoid if you can
The shoes I've ordered were too big, i asked them to exchange it for me.
She ignored me until i was insistent, it dragged for nearly 2 weeks writing back n forth.
She asked me to measure the shoes despite it saying it was size a 10.
I had no intention of returning and paying for a return AGAIN, despite spending 7.99 for delivery in the first place.
I asked her to print a free return label, naturally she ran me in circles. Measure this and that, deapite thier website saying we'll exchange or refund if you're not satisfied with it.

Just avoid all the hassle, they are not worth it.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a pair of magnums on clearance. Money was taken, received confirmation email, but after 5 days no other communication. I emailed to see when I might receive said boots to be told someone else had purchased them before me. I did receive a refund but only after my enquiry. Very poor customer service, go elsewhere.

I have ordered Lowa Combat GTX Black and sizing was all okay, if someone has a problem with sizing just please measure your foot and check with measurements provided by manufacturer on their website. Happy to deal with Patrol Store again.

Hi Tech Boots- Just two days ago I’ve bought and started to wear my Magnum Viper Pro 5 boot from Patrol store, I can’t tell that how comforts are breathable amazing, I can’t feel I have boots on my foot very lightweight and comfortable. I Always want to keep on my foot.

Regular satisfied purchaser of Magnum Patrol boots, used for professional purposes. Latest purchase Aug 2018, started wearing Aug 2019, had an unfortunate quality concern with the leather, highly polished and complete boot starting to pimple and crack. Highlighted my concerns to Patrol store, and have no hesitation is stating that I am completely satisfied with their response, on completion of normal formalities and sending images, I had a replacement pair of boots dispatched and received within several days. Considering most manufacturers and offices working Covid schedules, the customer services of Patrol store were immediately responsive and professional. I remain a satisfied customer of Patrol store and Magnum boot products, Thank you.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolute scumbag of a company. My card was used fraudulently on their site, instead of just cancelling the order like most reputable sites would of done, these cowboys asked for a copy of my driver's licence. After I told them of my apprehension (my details were being used fraudulently), they state I either send it or they won't do anything!! So basically forced me into handing over sensitive information. Fast forward a few emails with their poor customer service, I get told they'll cancel the order, yet here I am a week later with no refund & they consistently ignore my emails. They threatened not to help me unless I handed over sensitive information, were rude so I told them how I felt. If you care to send me a copy of the call like I ask, but for some reason you ignore my request, I wonder why

Ordered a pair of Magnum boots 2 days ago and they were delivered this morning. Great price. Fast delivery. No issues at all.

Second order from PatrolStore and no issues last time either. No complaints, will order again.

Ordered patrol boots online paying for next day delivery... this was on the 10th march, when they didn't come next day the 11th I thought on the thursday and the fridaythey would come (they didn't) soI decided to look on the site again. I selected my size and low and behold they dont have them in stock.. But they were in green when I ordered them meaning they were in stock. Then I read the reviews online same story over and over and over again.
I didn't even get a confirmation email but the money has been taken from my account on the 11th

Not going to bother phoning them going straight the bank tomorrow with my evidence and previous reviews.

Obviously this company is just out to scam all their customers

I ordered a pair of Magnuss boots and a shoe pollish from Patrol store a couple of days ago. The next day, i been informed by email that my order is on his way by Royal Mail. Today, I been surprised to see the postman delivering a verry small parcel instead the shoebox. I called the customer service straight away to find out what happened. Even more surprised to find out that they dont have that product, and they have no ideea when will be in stock. I asked them how was possible to charge me for something that actually they dont have and the customer service lady said that on the internet site is stipulated not in stock, available only for prepurchase. That was absolutelly a lye that i am shure the sismem said ,,in stock,, when i paid for the item. How can they inform me that my purchase is on its way and after that to send me a shoe pollysh for £62? When I told the customer service lady how dissapointed am i, she hang up the phone in my face. Still wondering how that business is surviving on this days with such a horible service. I regreat that I did not checked the reviews from trustpilot before buying. The only good thing was that I paid by paypall and the refound was prompt. Never ever again!!!

Orderded the Lowa Z8N GTX boots and needed them for before Christmas as it was a present for my partner in army training. I ordered them for a 5-7 day delivery wait and a week later still no sign of the boots and when i emailed enquiring about where the boots where I was emailed back a very ignorant and short message saying that they were not in stock and it Clearly did state they were Otherwise why would I pay for them? Being told I was wrong in almost everything I said. they were very quick to take €210 euro from me but didn’t even have the boots? Very misleading. When I got a refund I was told I would get a full refund but was left short and didn’t get the full amount back, customer service was useless and I will not buy again. Surprised this business is still up and running. AVOID!!

Ordered 165 pound lowa boots quoted a specific date for despatch, almost two weeks away. Date came and went no. No boots no contact. Then emailed them and they promised me another date 10 days away. Said they could send more expensive boots quicker if i paid 20 quid difference. 10days later no boots and no emails. Same again. Emailed them again, and they quote another couple of months. They had my money since the date of initial order, then when I cancelled said 7 days for a refund. Terrible service, poor customer care. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered some magnum boots from patrol store.
Although I paid for next day delivery they were delivered 2 days later...was only around £6 for the next day delivery so not the end of the world but was a little frustrating...
Boots are great and not yet had any issues...

false advertisement on product page, they showed a picture of a new gen of the model of boots i wanted and when i received the boots they where the last gen of boots clearly different from the picture.

as i received this on a Saturday i will have to wait till Monday to contact and will update this review depending on how they respond to this and if they cover return postage due to the misleading sale.

This company sells factory seconds I bought kombat tactical boots paid about £50 i regret ever dealing with them.

Boot holes not cut out, thread was already falling apart, leather sections bigger on boot lace fitting was lobsided fitting was very uncomfortable, I ordered size 11 felt like I was wearing size 10 with thin socks.

When I emailed pic of everything that was wrong they told me I had to send them back at my own cost, the person I complained to laught at me on the phone also admitted they sell factory seconds.

After arguing with them for 2 days and a good few phone calls they sent a free of charge return lable and when I sent them a pic of post office tracking number they issued refund they also blocked my number so I could not call them so I found a different number and called them they refused to put me through to ceo after a good few phone calls ceo called me direct to confirm my refund.

Disgusting people sub standard products and you need to argue for days for your consumer rights.

STAY WELL CLEAR USE COP SHOP INSTEAD

I purchased a pair of Magnum boots from Patrol Store, within a short space of time the Velcro fastener on the side of one came away from the boot. Emailed customer service and they quickly and simply resolved the situation and replaced them at a time which was convenient to me. Great service.

I've been a customer of Patrol Store for almost 10years. Always bought mine and my partners boots from them. Almost everyone I work with does.

I emailed them last week because a pair of magnum boots I had worn 4 times were an absolute disgrace. The front of the boots had completely worn away. I attached a picture on an email. I could not believe the poor quality of the boots.

They basically called me a liar and said the cause of the state of the boots was wear and tear. The tone of the email offered no solution and basically said it was my fault. I've pinned a copy of the email with the pictures to the notice board at work and I'm going to send an internal email when I'm back next week. I work with a loyal bunch and doubt anyone will use them again. £100 down the drain. Thanks patrol store.
