POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE
Order made on the 11/05/18. To this day I have not recieved my order. Patrol Store customer services cannot explain why the delievery has failed twice. Poor communication; leaving me to repeatedly chase up the ongoing issues. Failed to respond to emails and did not apologise.
1. Website stated 'order by (date) and you'll recieve the product by (date)' - pair of boots I ordered did not arrive on time.
2. A few weeks after receiving it discovered one of the boot was defective, on a normal wet day water would go into one of the boots.
3. Emailed customer service - no response
4. Called customer service - management sent me a pr e-paid return slip and asked me to return, for them to test it and based on the result they will make a decision. I told them that I do not have a second pair management expects me to buy another pair and send defective one back for testing, which also means I could be left in a lose lose situation.
5. Didn't bother going through the long process and purchased another pair from another company.
6. It's been few weeks now management didn't bother checking on me why I hadn't sent the boots for them to test.
ALL IN ALL POOR SERVICE!!

Terrible experience with PayPal payment - PayPal transaction completed, PayPal receipt received. No order on site, no confirmation e-mail, nothing.
No reply for my request via Contact Us form onsite.

I ordered a pair of magnum boots size 6 from patrolstore.
I received two boots ok, only thing is;
THEY ARE BOTH LEFT FEET AND ONE IS TWO SIZES LARGER THAN THE OTHER!!!
Would you shop there ???

The size 9 they sent instead of the RIGHT 6 must’ve been upside down on the rack!!!

Payed for item online. Company then tells me item was not in-stock and will issue refund. I have been told i need to wait 5 days by my bank due to a echeque now. So let me get this straight... I use my money on a item that said company is listing as available and they don't have it. Then after requesting a refund for a item that i payed 'instantly' for and now i have to wait?! i have been waiting 8 days so far to get my money back. This is not just wrong as a business but also completely morally wrong on principles as a human being. If i pay for something that is not available then ok i understand mistakes are made as we are all human and a website cannot be 100% updated all the time. But to then keep my money for 8 days and not send it back to me instantly when i have to pay for it instantly is disgusting and bad business practices. I don't care about your procedures or methods, If you cannot provide a service to a customer then give their money back as soon as possible! If services were not for-filled than it is not yours to keep! Very unhappy with this company and their refunding practices

My go to place for all my security equipment. Never had an ounce of bad service. Take recently for example i placed an order and there was an offer of a free magnum beanie. Unfortunately i did not receive it but 1 very short phone call and they sent me it without question covering all delievery costs. Never had to return an item but im certain their Customer service would be second to none in this area also.
The cost of the product I purchased was fantastic. I ordered a few minutes past 15:00, and being just a few minutes I called in to ensure I'd still get the order next day. The reaction was of shock, but he called the Warehouse Manager and said he'd be happy to make an expection.
The order arrived perfectly with DPD, however the Velcro backed badges, arrived without Velcro badges. It made the weekend event I was covering difficult as I needed to be clearly identified as my role as the badges would have done.
On calling to let them know, I was asked for photos, and it was suggested that they were fine and that I'd simply missed the fact they had a "special type of Velcro on". I had to email photos and assure them I can identify if the badges were able to be applied onto the Velcro patch on the vest or not. I felt as if I was being called stupid and I wasn't exactly offered an apology.
Nonetheless prompt action was taken and a replacement was ordered and promised to arrive before the next weekend. All in all a mixed experience, 2.5/5.0 and I'd probably try to avoid in the future, although I appreciate mistakes happen - we're all human.
Terrible experince with this company, quick to take your payment on ordering, however website does not tell you items out of stock untill after you have paid, did receive an email offering to send part order and wait 1-2 weeks for out of stock items, or have that element refunded of wait for the full stock to be in for them to fulfil the order, opted by email response to wait u till they could fulfill the whole order as long as reasonable time and to be kept updated, no further response or contact for over two weeks, on my calling the listed phone number a very pleasant female answered in the company name and then stated once she realised I was unhappy that she was only covering the phones!!!, and someone would call me back, it took my threatening legal action to get any form of response, obviously once I did that they did contact me and provide proof of refund, would never order from this company again, might be nice if they were upfront on their stock levels before before they take your money!!!!!!
As a security guard in Belgium I order some products from patrolstore and untill now all the products I recieved where good quality and fast shipping. The people working there are verry kind and I get full information about the product, shipment and price every time. For me it's a wonderfull store and with my 'poor' english I would like to recommend this company to all my co-workers.

Put my order in online on the Sunday afternoon ( Store Closed no one working) so it would have been a Monday order, received my order the next day even though it was a standard delivery. Very happy with the service and the boots just what I wanted.

Ordered Magnum Boots with Side Zip, the boots arrived with no side zip , albeit the invoice said side zip.
I couldn't be bothered being with the hassle and cost of returning the boots back and I urgently needed new boots so held onto them.
