Bought my daughter some Magnum Viper Pro for her work. They arrived within the given time frame and when I spoke to a member of staff over the phone they were very helpful and polite. As for the boots they look OK to me but I will have to let my daughter give her opinion on them.

I ordered a pair of ladies magnum boots, firstly I would like to say the boots are brilliant, very comfortable,and having little feet was worried they may be too big, but they fit perfectly. The delivery man was very polite and on time as well, as I tracked my parcel, I even got a text message to say I was the next delivery. All round great service from ordering up to the delivery, will definatley recommend the site to my friends, very reasonable prices as well so an all round winner. 😀👞

I must admit I was a bit sceptical as I have always purchased Magnum boots , But on receiving these boots my worries were put to bed they fit like a glove also did not need to break them in and are very comfortable to wear extremely waterproof as have been tested in crossing many streams and water logged fields no leaks at all . Gloves (Wiley X Comb​at Assa​ult Glov​es Blac​k) arrived on time and in perfect condition. The purchase and delivery were 5 stars. They actually arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Unfortunately the gloves are very clumsy and thick, so are designed to give almost no manual dexterity. Not at all what I expected from an item supposedly designed for the law enforcement officer or soldier. Also be aware the kevlar is only on the rear of the glove and not on the palm. Also they are a little tight and the spandex that links the cuff together will not last very long at all I suspect. I would suggest going one size higher than you would normally choose.ya

Just missed the additional star to get to the magic 5 due to delivery charges on all orders and unrequested inclusion of pre-paid return label into shopping basket (OK, it's only £1 and it's easily removed).
Items (incl. Haix Black Eagle Tactical 20 GTX Mid Boots - my second pair - best boots I have ever owned) were delivered the next day and there had been a friendly answer to my question prior to ordering.

I was looking for my first tabbing boots and patrol store had LOADS of info on each pair on the website, most accompanied by videos. They offered no quibble returns / refunds which was great seeing as I had no idea how these boots would fit (Lowa Boots Recon Para) and it's a lot of money to spend. I asked for priority shipping, which arrived two days later (I missed the next day cut off time). They provided a tracking number and kept me updated via email where my parcel was and an expected ETA. An overall very good experience and I would definitely use them again.

Purchased the leather maglight holster and AA torch both items are exactly as described and the holster is the best on the market, intact I can't find this item anywhere else on the web, it fits on my equipment belt and matches the cuff holder, perfect. Arrived quickly and wrapped well. 100% would use again 👍
