I bought computer parts and realized that I ordered too big cases. As I wanted to change them (it was even in 48 hours) they didnt accept to change them. Instead of it they were just giving unseriously answers. That cannot be a serious business.

warranty dep is sending back the items with "tested ok" but not fixed.

terrible experience - do not buy from them

5 months ago I bought a keyboard which was defective, and they weren't able to fix it, or even swap it with a new one. I sent the keyboard to them three times, and they still didn't fix it, change it, or give my money back. Terrible site, terrible services.

Worst exp ever! Avoid!

I was referred to Taz at PC Garage by a friend. Since then, I have had fantastic service. Taz has always been extremely helpful. He has managed to solve all my IPhone or Apple laptop issues with ease and remarkable efficiently. I highly recommend his services and I have also told many friends about the services PC Garage offer.

They sell overpriced items. like rtx 3060 for 1100 euros. never trust those scammers!

I had a warranty for my laptop and sent it to them. I had my hinges broken and they ordered new ones and fixed them as soon as the hinges arrived and got the laptop the very next day. Very polite customer service and very fast repairing service.

So on September 1st I received my first VR headset, an Oculus Rift S. 4 months later, it decides to break and say "USB Connection Not Working" despite me not doing anything to it. I sent my Rift S to warranty, got it back and it still had the same problem.'

Don't order from here, 700$ down the drain because the warranty teams IQ is the temperature of Greenland.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Buyer beware. Find a different place.

Customer support is s*hit, they don't read your messages and just reply with 1 phrase. It's infuriating.

The issue that I've had:

1. They do not use 3DSecure or 2FA for payments and they are being blocked by the biggest bank in Romania, ING.

2. They don't tell you this before choosing a payment method, nor do they tell you this if you contact customer support. I had to call ING and their payment processor PAYU to get this information.

3. One of the products that I want to buy is already out of stock (a graphic card), and I can't just redo the order. The CS that I'm talking to doesn't understand this or he wishes to simply ignore this. He tells me that I should just redo the order and choose a different payment method.

4. You can cancel the complete order on the website, you need to send a message to the operator (??) and they'll cancel it. The CS guy tells me that he can't modify the state of the payment. What the hell? Just accept the cancellation for the whole order, right? Nope, he stopped replying.

i ordered a $60 keyboard from them and waited for it 9 days just to get my command rejected because it got out of stock,even tho it reached the local deposit and should have been delivered.Dont recoccomend ordering from them

These lowlifes are under the impression they can skirt legal consequences for selling resealed products as new, just because they added an illegal disclaimer that states (paraphrasing) you either figure it out at delivery time they are trying to scam you or it is what it is. They hire ex cons, I can only assume, ppl that are willing to spend time trying to falsify the original seal of a product to trick you into paying full price for a garbage reseal they either put their grubby hands on to begin with or were returned by other customers.
Two calls with a lawyer later it turns out they're full of sh!t. It's true, you need a lawyer and a bit of smarts... if you can't afford a lawyer scout the internet for other ppl screwed by these losers, you can form a civil suit and get them to pay through the nose.
Similar illegal practices are employed by other online shops in RO, unfortunately the situation won't change until ppl understand we need to take action. Hit them where it hurts - brand and money - and maybe there will be a change

Customer Service is really really bad. I just spoke with a rep(Geo.. or something like that), they are called "Computer Specialists", I asked him what video card he recommends based on the motherboard and processor i was getting - he is such a specialist that he ended the conversation. Apparently, he can't even search on google.

I recently bought PC parts ($500 value), and one part ($50, the computer case), was received damaged. I've been refused the refund/exchange based on their lack of accountability (they parked the ball in the courier's court). The package was sent out without insurance, so i found myself in a position where i can't get my money back or use the part. I strongly don't recommend this seller, the customer service is lacking.

So far have not encountered any issues. Fast deliveries.

There were a few cases where the response from the agents was a bit off, concerning a discrepancy between what the website said and what the actual warranty is.

That being said, I have to disclaim that I have never had to resort to their warranty service yet, which, according to reviews is where the problems begin.

i also ordered an expensive keyboard that came slightly bended via the transportation option (courier) and they said they can't fix it because it's my fault LOL! now my keyboard is stuck in their warranty dep. and i can't get in possession of it....NICE HUH?

hey are great, these comments are just not true at all, i always buy things from here and i never had a problem with them,every time i bought something from them they always send me emails with my delivery info and if i had a problem with something, i asked and they responded me immediately, most of the time i just had to wait 2-3 days for my packet to arrive,i don’t know why these reviews are that bad tho, they are pretty great

Don't buy. I could not return a product for coil whine and they did not even try to send it to the manufacturer. After I left a negative review of the product and their misconduct they did not allow my post and they even blocked my account from commenting.

Not professionals - do not buy! They don't care about customers.

I could not return a faulty motherboard. The motherboard has coil whine and noise problems when I move the cursor.
Don't buy from them if you don't want to be scammed.
Also, don't buy gigabyte motherboards.
I will never buy from them again.
