Hassle free, free, tracked delivery and on arrival the laptop was well packaged, clean, in good condition and worked well.

Minor issue with specific model sent was proactively dealt with in minutes via their customer services (who really did want to sort out the issue!)

Highly recommended and will use again without hesitation.

Incredibly happy with the X280 Thinkpad I purchased a few months ago. Initially hesitant about buying refurbished, but this purchase changed my perception. Arrived promptly in Grade A condition as advertised, and came with the official Lenovo cable. Performance is outstanding , with AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT running smoothly with no lags and the internal speakers are great quality. Only minor issue I've encountered so far is having to restart the laptop sometimes from the login screen when the keyboard doesn't respond, but it's not very often. Highly recommend PC Renewed for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality device and customer service at an excellent price.

I purchased a Dell Latitude 5420 from this seller. The laptop initially had some visible scratches and an MDM lock, but Paul and his team handled everything professionally. They promptly removed the lock and provided a partial refund for the cosmetic issue, which I really appreciate.

Now, I’ve been using the laptop, and it works amazingly well! Performance is great, and the overall experience has exceeded my expectations. I received the laptop quite quickly with good communication about the order throughout. Unfortunately, the laptops condition was not as expected for a grade A refurbished device. It had a vinyl cover stuck to the lid outer and around the keyboard but this was peeling off near one of the hinges. The screen bezel was also only partially attached and I had to refit it. However, my main concern was how dirty the bottom and sides of the laptop were. It was covered in a thick layer of dirt and grime and I spent some time sanitising the thing.

The product was not damaged and in good physical order. However, the package it was delivered in was damaged, likely by the delivery service. A new surface had been applied to the laptop lid, probably too hid any marks as laptop was a refurbished product. The black film had been applied carefully. The upgrades requested for the hardware were implemented. Sadly though the battery could not hold a charge, as soon as you unplugged the lead the laptop died. A new battery had to be sourced and fitted. I got this done by a local computer store at a cost of £65. The laptop is working but not fully set up still. It has two accounts set up on it for some reason? The windows 11 is on one and I can access but not use as it keeps saying the other account is open? So, I have given this experience only 3 stars as it has not been a satisfactory set up experience.
