The laptop I ordered was delivered promptly, and appears to be almost brand new. I've had it working for a week, without any trouble. If I'd had it longer, I may have given 5 stars.

Bought a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T495 from them towards the end of February, it was dispatched/delivered with a few days and I have to say the laptop is like brand new so was most impressed!
Everything works as it should and have had no issues with it as yet, so I will definitely be coming to them next time I need anything!

The reconditioned computer supplied was in excellent condition and appears new apart from the lack of a Lenovo cardboard box. The computer was supplied quickly and safely in a well padded box, with a tracked delivery. Initially the computer was sent without a power supply. I sent an email to the company pointing out it was missing and the correct power supply arrived the next day (it appears to be new). The service provided has been very good and I will be using this company again. The computer has worked very well over the last few weeks.

There was going to be a delay on the laptop I ordered. I contacted sales and they were happy to change my order to an alternative, at same price, no problem.

A really nice refurbished laptop, why pay ridiculous prices for a new machine when you can get a refurbished one that looks and acts the same.

I ordered 2 reburbished ThinkPads. They arrived quickly in virtually as-new condition. One minor issue with a keyboard was remedied promptly. Their support desk was easy to contact and helpful. Nothing to dislike.
