I bought a renewed Lenovo Lap Top, it was in excellent condition, clean looking like new. Delivered on time in careful packaging, runs fine, with Windows 11, upgraded to 24H2 absolutely fine - really pleased.

Absolutely brilliant service. My Lenovo ThinkPad P53 was exactly as described and I could find no difference between the renewed unit and a brand new product. If you are considering a renewed laptop do not hesitate to buy from PC Renewed. They have an EBay store as well as their own website. Either way you will not be disappointed.

I really want to give this a 5 star, If we base this on the laptop alone it's hands down a 5 star, even the company responding to me was excellent.

The delivery time was 9 days and DPD brought it and I was more than satisfied, My only issue was not being giving an estimated time for delivery.

Give a standard time of 5-10 days advice I think most people would accept but the fear of paying and hearing nothing about delivery does strike fear into people.

Excellent service though honestly thank you guys.

Great transaction

Initially they sent me a Laptop missing the 1TB HD upgrade. On contactingbthrm they immediately sent me a 500GB external HD as I requested with no fuss.

Additionally they timed the package to be delivered when I was in.

Description of goods were exact and a good price. Goods arrived promptly, spotlessly clean and in good working order. We had a small problem at our end and had excellent customer service to solve it. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

The service was quick and efficient the problem I had was probably due to my own lack of reading all the data given but despite the fact I am more likely to think the problem I was having was more down to user error than anything else my request to return the item was accepted and a complete refund received within a couple of days. Allin all very helpful and efficient if I need another item I would use this company again.

The color foil is stuck on a bit crooked and the keyboard under light isn't working but except that amazing quality for an even better price

Laptop looked like new. I was unbelievably surprised at the quality. They also sent the next model up from what I ordered (may be I should keep quiet about that).
Despatch was a little slower than I expected (3 days) but good things come to those who wait.
