I am more than happy about my purchase. I received exactly the laptop I ordered and it was packaged very well and protected. The purchase was on 14th February and I received my laptop on 16th, just in 2 days. After using it nearly 1 month I can say that it is amazing, I can do everything about my digital designs. The laptop is working perfectly, no problem, very happy with the external appearance, as new, and the OS Windows 10 Pro is excellent. The delivery was very fast as well and when I made a consultation to them because I had a question, they replied very quick. Recommend 100%.

Always very wary of online IT suppliers.... However messaged them setting out my needs, they came back with their recommendation. Visited them, prebooked appointment, viewed the Laptop and paid a very reasonable price for it, and took it away. Got it home set up quickly. Very happy indeed, as I had very specific requirement's that they understood. I am a Mac user and could not use a Mac for a very specific purpose. Thank you PC Renewed. Five stars.

I bought a very reasonably priced 2nd hand refurbished laptop just 2 days ago (at night) and it was delivered this morning! Apart from a little crumb under a key (we all miss things!) You wouldn't know it was used! They upgraded the memory and RAM as i asked and paid, and it is excellent, and definitely has those upgrades installed. I definitely recommend. The price I paid was insanely low!

I recently bought a Lenovo ThinkPad T480 from you through Amazon (delivered yesterday (Tue, 13/02/24) and I'm in awe by how good it is! It literally feels like a brand new laptop.

I've only been using it for a few hours after setting up and I can honestly say it's the best laptop I've ever had, and I've owned several in my time, including a MacBook Pro. It was so easy to set up, no bloatware to contend with, the keyboard and screen are superb and it really is in excellent condition. I can't believe it's a refurb! No issues whatsoever, fantastic!

Laptop came quicker than expected, started up very fast, does everything I need it to do, my son is thinking of getting one when he starts College. Was looking like new to.

Great laptop, even better service. I bought two 'new to me' Thinkpads for my children's birthday. They arrived next day in a condition that I wouldn't be able to tell they'd been previously used.

There was a minor issue with one of the laptops, however the post-sale experience was second-to-none, the team were fantastic in supporting me and lead to a speedy resolution. Really happy, as are my kids! Would recommend to anyone!

Delivery was speedy. Although a renewed product which I like it has very few blemishes. The same guarantee as I would have got buying a new one. At at least a third of the price. I had a query and they responded very quickly. I have not set it up yet as no chance but I have no doubt if I need help they will be there. Great service

Good choice of computers. I ordered a good spec laptop described as A condition. Laptop was received by courier quickly. Arrived safely and as described. No need to buy new.

Fantastic service.I put the wrong postcode on my order and the man rang me to confirm the correct postcode.Delivery was excellent!

Ordered a laptop in September, not before badgering some poor staff member with a million questions. All of which were answered immediately.

Order arrived with plenty of protection to survive the perilous courier service, and arrived within 24 hours of paying.

Fast forward to the 18th December, the laptop just randomly turned off and wouldn’t power on. After a bit of self diagnostics, I reached out to ask if there was something they could suggest.

After trying a few of the suggested fault finding methods, it was deemed the laptop had developed a fault. So a pre paid service was arranged to collect the laptop for repair/replacement.

Within a few days I had heard back, the fault was the memory, which was replaced and the laptop was then overnighted to me. All of which was in the mad rush of Christmas post.

For the response and level of customer satisfaction that I have received, I very much doubt I would shop anywhere else.
