High quality, fast order, good coordination and very bad delivery by none depending on you delivery by DHL Bulgaria with bad and fraudulent information, stated that the delivery address was not included on parcel, where it was fully included by Penworld.com
Advice do not use service of DHL Bulgaria! There ate pretty good Courier like SPEEDY or ECONT!

Ordered Mont Blanc ink as they advertised 4 to 5 business days delivery.
Ordered 7th April. DHL last update 10th April.
Contacted customer service 13th, told they would look into it.
17th April, no ink, no update.
They certainly received the 35 Euros OK. Not a company I'll buy from again nor would I recommend them.
