Wholesome experience!
This was an absolutely outstanding shopping experience. The pen arrived incredibly fast, taking only one business day to be delivered within the EU.
The shop also wrapped the item in gift paper. To my surprise, they also included some candies inside the box and a lovely handwritten thank-you note. What a lovely gesture!
I will definitely purchase from this seller again in the future.

Accommodating Seller
I ordered a pen, that came with a free gift of Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-peki ink. I wrote in my comment, that I already had a bottle of this ink, and if the seller could instead include a different ink from the Iroshizuku line, that I didn’t have.
It was very nice of the seller to accommodate my request.
I’m very satisfied with the experience.
