Always a delight to order with Penworld
Always a delight to order with Penworld. I ordered a Kaweico pen with a fine point, which wasn't in stock. They called me to give me another option or to wait until they could re-stock. Once re-stocked I received my order very quickly. Nicely wrapped with a handwritten note and some candies. A little present for myself. Made my day.

Caring and Responsible Seller
I definitely like the approach and attitude. Place where I can find both common and unique products, no matter for a gift or for myself. They usually dispatch packages the same or next working day and use DHL to ship to Cyprus. So I get my goods 2-3 days after the purchase. The support is solving problems fast and is on client side, but I had only one issue with refills quantity during the dozens of orders. And I love their packaging and candies.

Wholesome experience!
This was an absolutely outstanding shopping experience. The pen arrived incredibly fast, taking only one business day to be delivered within the EU.
The shop also wrapped the item in gift paper. To my surprise, they also included some candies inside the box and a lovely handwritten thank-you note. What a lovely gesture!
I will definitely purchase from this seller again in the future.
