The quality of the uniform is absolutely appalling. Every item we have purchased has fallen apart and there isn’t even a second hand uniform shop at the school because the condition of the uniform is so poor you can’t pass it on. The prices are ridiculously high. I would never recommend using this company for school uniform if you have a choice!

Great Company also dealt with them many years ago for my daughter, now it’s my Grandsons turn!

Easy to order.

I bought a blazer last year. Sizing guide was so far off being correct. Couldn’t return it. Bought another one this year. Again the quality is horrific. The buttons are plastic the piping is coming off and fit is terrible and I would never ever buy from here again. I could get this made in China for what feels like 5 pounds.

Do not use this company. The material is terrible. The clothes are terrible. They will not accept your returns. Be aware. This company is a SCAM

Very poor I ordered a coat from this company suppossed to be based in London its not its in China the coat finally arrived over three weeks later than they saidand the zip is not working there are quite a few of the teeth bent so the coat won't zip up I emailed asking for a pre paid label via email so I could send the faulty coat back as its not fit for purpose, numerous emails later offering me 10% discount and saying i could keep the coat if i accepted the discount why anyone would want a coat that doesnt zip up is beyond me. they finally said I can send the coat back gave a Chinese address so not based in the uk and say its my responsibility to pay for return postage (which will cost around £15 )the coat is faulty I've sent photos as proof of the faulty zip the coat also looks nothing like the coat advertised its cheap material and not thick and plush as shown on their website do not order from this company customer service is rubbish

Received my jumper today and it’s nothing like the jumper advertised. It’s an absolute mess no one could possibly wear it so badly put together very cheap and just bloody awful. I’d advise people not to buy from this company. Cheap awful tat.

Poor service, quality of products are awful, not as shown on website, please be aware if you want a refund good luck, and it is from China which it shows a UK address on website, very poor company do not buy ive lost money and ended up with a coat I wont wear and can't even sell cheaper its dreadful . Sick of being ripped off

Do not use this company - ordered a jacket and they have sent completely the wrong colour of jacket and now they are expecting me to pay to return it for a refund - have requested a free returns label as but they are now completely ignoring me and have not even provided me with a return address or return note
Complete scam

Having waited 5 weeks for an out of stock item (part of mandatory uniform...), making things a little difficult for my son at school, they then refused to even send it express or fast-track, so had to wait another 5 days for it to arrive. I wouldn't mind so much if the pricing wasn't premium. £29 for a pair of kids polyester gym shorts... for that price I'd expect good service to go with it.

It is very unfortunate that my daughter’s school uses this company for their uniforms. Part of the uniform required has been constantly delayed. This has been frustrating. What has been infuriating is that for the past 3 weeks I have been lied to about the delivery date of these items. I had also been promised next day delivery to make up for the delay only to be told that this has “accidentally” not been applied and that this will cause a further week of delay. Horrible customer service. I am one of many displeased customers at my school (with the quality of the uniform and the timings of delivery) and we are getting together to find a new provider for our school uniforms. I suggest you do the same.

Abysmal service and response times. I ordered a uniform item several weeks in advance. After two weeks of no updates beyond an order confirmation received at the time of purchase I followed up via email and was told my item would be delivered within 2-4 working days. At the end of this time, I received an email asking me if I did indeed want my item delivered to the delivery address input at the time I placed my order. Shockingly, I did wish to have it delivered to my home address as entered. I was then asked for my phone number - information that had also been provided at the time of purchase as evidenced by its inclusion in the order confirmation. I was finally informed that if I did wish to have my item delivered to my address I would need to pay a further 40 pounds and that it would take a further 3 weeks to arrive. Obviously by this point it was apparent to everyone but the sales representative I was interacting with that there was no chance of it arriving in time. Additionally, it was never made clear to me why I heard nothing for a fortnight after placing my order or why I was falsely assured of my item being in transit and having an expected delivery timeframe of 2-4 days despite not having left their facility. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this business.
