I’ve been part of the Personal Leadership Academy (PLA) for three years now, and joining this community has truly been one of the best decisions of my life. It has shaped me in ways I didn’t expect, both personally and professionally. The growth, clarity, and support I’ve received from this group show up in my life every single day.

When I first got an invitation to attend their free webinar back in 2023, I honestly had no idea what I was walking into. I joined with a completely open mind. To my surprise, I was the only person who showed up. I remember feeling a little disappointed and even wondering if I should leave. I’m so glad I didn’t. Staying for that session is something I still thank myself for. I was at a stage where I desperately needed a good mentor, and that’s exactly when I met Vamsi and Venkat. Their clarity, sincerity, and vision were so real that I signed up on the spot.

Over the last three years, the transformation I’ve experienced is hard to put into words. My mindset has shifted, my actions have changed, and those changes have positively influenced my family too. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that a meaningful life requires balance across all the important areas: career, personal life, health, and spirituality. PLA helped me see that clearly and live it intentionally.

What makes PLA truly special is the people. This isn’t just a community; it feels like a family. The weekly interactive sessions, open conversations, and the willingness of every member to uplift and support one another create an environment that’s rare to find. Everyone is growth-minded, kind, and genuinely invested in seeing each other win.

PLA has become an emotion for many of us. It’s a safe space to learn, grow, and become a better version of yourself. You have to experience it to understand how deeply it can impact your life. I’m grateful I joined, and even more grateful that I stayed for that first webinar. It changed everything for the better.

I’ve been part of this mastermind for almost three years now, and it’s truly been a game changer for me. The weekly meetings have given me a level of consistency, clarity, and momentum that I’ve never experienced before. For the first time in my life, I’m staying aligned with the things I say I want to do.

The insights Vamsi shares—the examples, the stories, the way he brings context to any situation—are incredibly impactful. They’re not just helpful; they’re profound. His guidance always seems to land exactly where it needs to.

And Venkat… he’s the mastermind behind the mastermind. His genuine love and care for everyone in this group is rare. You can feel his intention in everything he does. I’m truly grateful he created PLA, because it’s changed my life.

I feel lucky to be part of this community. Everyone supports each other, pushes each other, and celebrates each other. It’s something special—and everyone here feels the same way.

My experience with the Personal Leadership Academy (PLA) has been truly enriching and transformative. I first met our inspiring coaches — Vamsi Polimetla, Venkat Hari, and Brendon Kumarasamy — on September 16th, 2023, during the one-day PLA workshop in Troy, MI.

The program provided valuable opportunities for self-reflection, helping me identify my strengths and areas for improvement. Through interactive sessions, insightful coaching, and collaboration with fellow PLA family members, I gained a deeper understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, authenticity, and accountability.

PLA has also helped me develop meaningful new habits, such as regular book reading and continuous learning, which have positively influenced both my personal and professional growth. Beyond leadership techniques, the program encouraged me to embrace a mindset of growth and balance, shaping me into a more confident and mindful leader.

Overall, this journey has strengthened my ability to inspire, influence, and connect with others more effectively. I strongly believe that the lessons and habits cultivated through PLA can benefit not only individuals but also their families, fostering a culture of continuous growth and positive leadership at home and at work.
