The rose itself is beautiful I’m told by the friend I purchased it for! A lovely way to congratulate friends on 40years Wed!
The online ordering was fairly easy to navigate. I did wish to change the delivery date but was unable to find out how to do this. I did leave a WhatsApp message but never got an answer! Had to go with the date indicated automatically. I’m scoring 4 stars as the rose is beautiful and that’s the main thing. I’m slightly disappointed with the lack of communication.

I'm sure the roses are lovely, they were a gift so I haven't seen them yet, but the emails that follow are relentless. Once these people have you in their emailing list you get notified every time someone in the office makes a cup of tea! I just wanted some lovely roses for my mother's birthday, not a daily pen friend.

Superb quality

I was very disappointed with the Paul’s Himalayan Musk rose I recently purchased from you. It is a feeble, forlorn and seemingly uncared for plant. I have planted it but have little confidence that it will flourish. Had I been buying from a Garden Centre I would not have bought it. It’s a shame given that, a couple of years ago, I bought an Irish Eyes rose from you and it was a pleasure to put in the ground and has looked magnificent each year.

I love this Eden Rose, looks so healthy and promising and delivered very soon.

Delivery was quick. Roses arrived safely, well packaged and in good condition. Have been after an Eden rose (Grandsons name). This variety was 88 too the year we married.
