Had a few small problems with the order but as always they resolved all my problems without hesitation.

The price of my item was competitive. I was kept well-informed concerning delivery. The item was securely packaged. I had cause to contact customer service and found staff to be friendly and helpful - a credit to the company.

I purchased a refurbished Q Acoustics QSub80 which arrived quickly in original box and in very good external condition. After setting up the unit with my NAD M10v2 and Q Acoustics 5020's I am very pleased with the overall improvement in sound. Not overpowering or boomy like my previous budget sub, but a strong and very complimentary bass sound. Well worth the money.

All was good. Due to the speakers' original box not being in great condition, I would have considered wrapping it in Kraft paper to protect it from further deterioration prior to posting it. That is a minor issue though. Delighted with the purchase and service.

Initially hadn't heard of this website when ordering, but trusted the reviews and went for it because they offered a great price on what I wanted.
They dispatched really quickly and it was straightforward.

I encountered issues receiving my parcel because of DPD, this caused me extra stress because they returned it to Peter Tyson saying delivery was refused.
I reached out to Peter Tyson customer service who advised me that because I knew I'd miss delivery I'd requested it went to a parcel shop which apparently they couldn't do so DPD just returned it, they were very helpful.
I was refunded promptly but was advised id need to reorder, the online price was now showing higher than initially purchased for so customer service said if I reorder they would credit the difference back to original price.
Once my order completed, I emailled and they honoured what they said.

Overall I found them really easy to deal with. The only issue I had was I did initially fill out a contact form on their site and didn't get a response, it was only after I emailed that I received speedy replies.

Would definitely use again.

Delivery was quick, the price was good and the customer service has been outstanding.

The item I bought broke, no fault of the seller and they bent over backwards to ensure I received a replacement quickly.

Wonderful service and fast shipping

Speed of delivery with PT is fantastic. The clearance price bits of kit are often stupidly cheap, don't let that put you off, they don't sell cheep stuff, so when it is heavily discounted , grab it before I do . Five stars all the way.

So easy and smooth,from start to finish, from ordering to at my front door 2days ,it will take me longer to get it all set up,great and efficient service
