I purchased a ReT/7X sub recently to go with my Chord electronics front end and Fyne Audio F500SP speakers. There was a very slight issue with the Rel’s grill which Tysons staff sorted out immediately with Rel on my behalf. I have dealt with Michael and Alex mainly and found them to be extremely helpful and also knowledgeable. As a company and individuals I rate them at 5 stars without reservation. So much so I have just placed an order for a pair of Fyne F701s, FS8 stands and Atabites. In addition to service I also rate them for delivery, flexibility, communication and price. I've bought from them before
I've bought from them before, so knew they offer endless amounts of patient advice, plus a really decent 6 year warranty. So it was obvious I was going to buy from then again, especially when the competition, Sevenoaks Hi-fi and Richer Sounds have such awful Customer Service. They are the only choice.

Prompt response and rapid delivery.
The order was rapidly processed and delivery was very quick. The turntable and speakers I purchased are top quality items as promised by the online Peter Tyson equipment reviews.
It's a pity that the carrier didn't understand the upright signs on the 2 boxes though. Fortunately the goods survived intact even though the turntable internal packaging was damaged due to the upside down delivery!

Purchased from Peter Tyson just recently an amplifier and a pair of speakers. One of the speakers had a fault and Liam helped sorted swiftly with a replacement pair delivered and faulty pair collected. Top service highly recommended.

My first time ordering with Peter Tyson, and I was very pleased with the very professional service and very prompt responses. (Corresponded via email)
Unfortunately, my TV arrived with a broken screen (no fault of Peter Tyson); this was very quickly sorted out with the delivery of another TV and collection of the broken one.
My TV was a new arrival and the price was the cheapest at the time of purchase, with a an extra £100 cash claim back. 😃
I would definitely use Peter Tyson again in the future. Thank you for a great purchasing experience.

Great price, next day delivery at no extra cost. Sadly, I had to return the product as it wouldn’t play with my wi-fi but the return was super easy, no quibble and refund was processed same week. Excellent choice of product, great comms, great service. Thoroughly recommended

Terrible company
I’ve had a terrible experience with Peter Tyson. My 2024 subwoofer has been sent back twice for repair and both times it came back with the same fault. Instead of taking responsibility for two failed repairs, they tried to shift the burden onto me and claimed KEF said there was no fault — without providing any written report.I’ve been left with a faulty product, wasted time, and no proper resolution. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with warranty issues or customer care. The response below is again exactly what and who these lot are stay away honestly an absolute disgraceful

Having looked into this further I can see that KEF ensured there was no fault with the sub but replaced the amp module for you as a goodwill gesture.
We offered to work with you and accommodate your resolution request but needed to get the item tested here first, at which point you haven't responded to arrange.
