Pet protect were excellent agreed to pay my Vets directly, there was no haggling or having to go back and forward with receipts, it all went on between the Veterinary practice and Petprotect, leaving me to look after my dog Flynn and helping to get him fit and well again. Fantasist company Iv claimed twice now for our boy Coco and everytime it has been hassle free and easy.
But always read your policy as our boy was very poorly to the sum of 17K and he was only insured Upto 4K our fault for not reading the policy in full.
We would deffinatly reccomend this company.

I disliked that on top of me paying monthly for insurance to use occasionally & paying my excess. I then had to pay a further £146 vet contribution.
