Excellent, prompt, went above and beyond

We needed our 2 lofts cleared of contaminated insulation, fumigated, new insulation laid and one loft boarded. Phil came and quoted for the work very promptly after our first contact. It was a difficult job, with lots of potential for mess, but I was amazed at how Phil and his mate kept everything clean and tidy. They worked really hard and I would recommend the company without reservation. Thanks to all concerned.

Phil came recommended to us, and we have no regrets about having him solve our problems.

In March he dealt with a rat infestation in our loft and cleared all the consequential damage, including all the insulation, and a nest.

In September we asked his advice about the possibility that we may have woodworms in the loft. We could see the holes , but weren’t sure if they were active. Phil’s judgement was they have been and may still be.

So, at our request he has treated all the timbers, thus giving us peace of mind. He worked around the contents we have stored up there and left the area very clean and tidy as usual.

Phil is very knowledgable about what he does. He is always cheerful and goes the extra mile to achieve a perfect result for his clients. If they are happy, then so is he.

His prices are very reasonable and we have every confidence in recommending this company.

What a amazing company. I was able to send over pictures via live chat late on a Saturday night and Phil came over on a Sunday to our little cottage and explained how to eradicate our ant problem. We are having guests staying there for the next 2 weeks so we’re amazed and relieved at such prompt , knowledge and reassuring service.
We really can’t recommend them enough and will now use only this fabulous company for our pest control.

I used PGM & Son initially as they were local. I would not use anyone else now.
Phil has been wonderful in first eradicating a wasp problem I was experiencing and is now doing battle with my flies!
He is very dependable and efficient. Also very well informed on the chemicals he is using and how it affects animals and the environment.
If you have a pest problem this should be your go-to company. I am more than happy that I found such an efficient and friendly company. Nothing is a problem or too much trouble. Totally trustworthy and it’s good to know I can call and get a very fast response when I get a pest issue.
