Not worth the money. Blue tooth does not stay connected. Does not always charge in the charging station. They have green, yellow, and red charging LED lights. They do not work most of the time. This is my second pair in two years. Very disappointed with them.

I have a pair of Audio P90-R and I can tell you after approx 2 years of use the biggest problem is Bluetooth connection. I give it one star. Recently there has been a massive software upgrade! You can connect to the aids in the app but other programs are not interested such as youtube.

I discovered the secret to the Phonak mobile App.Use the Auto sense settings save settings then Leave your mobile on the setting stay as you set them so at night turn mobile of charge your hearing aids and your mobile reset with auto sense...good to go without any problems.

I had Phonak P30 hearing aids about 6 months ago and they've never worked properly. I've had difficulty saving programs, they claim to be able to save up to 10 programmes and I've only managed 4 at the best. Now that function has crashed completely. I can only contact the manufacturer through the audiologist. He says that Phonak are having problems with the software and are "working on it", for 6 months? I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

not worth the money
I have had these Marvel Paradise aids for just over a year now. One problem after another! Poor quality sound, trouble with the poor app, wind block doesn't work. A 40 mile round trip each time back to Boots and they never fix the problem. they cancelled 5 appointments over the summer! Wish I'd stuck with ReSound.
Phonak Audeo problems with moisture.
I have now had a pair of Phonak Audeo rechargeable hearing aids for a year. The sound quality is certainly very good, but I have had to return one or other about 5 times in the last few months when one of them suddenly switches off. If at home with the charger, I can reset it but it is irritating when you buy the top of the range of a renowned brand and have this sort of problem - repeatedly and they have no solution for it. Apparently the rechargeable ones have a problem with even a slight degree of moisture and it would appear that the small amount of perspiration I produce behind my ear when active in hot weather is probably to blame. I had nothing but trouble with my Phonak hearing aids - constantly back to Boots to fix since early 2019 - change speakers - back to manufacturers. Now I am told I have to buy filters online!!! So much for the lifetime service. The first pair I had in 2010 worked very well for years. So sorry that I lost one in 2016. I revert to the old one I still have while the latest ones are being fixed. Don't waste your money. Get NHS ones!
Poor quality App & Hearing Aids
I've had this set of Phonak Hearing Aids since Feb 21 and had no problems until 10 days ago. When making or receiving calls on my mobile, I could hear the person I was calling but they were saying that my call was breaking up or that they could not hear what I was saying. I initially thought that the problem was with my phone, so took it to my mobile service provider. They carried out comprehensive tests and report that the phone is working as it should and suggested that there might be problems with the Phonak App. I've now uninstalled the App and am using my phone as 'normal', with no issues. These are my third set of Phonak hearing aids and up till now I've never had any problems with them. Reading other negative reviews maybe the Bluetooth/Phonak App pairing isn't doing or functioning in the manner it's designed to do. Pity.
29/08/21: Update. I'm still having problems with my Phonak Virto M90 hearing aids and have had to make another service appointment with Boots. They are not functioning correctly when making or receiving phone calls. Same issue as stated in my earlier review. Person I'm phoning or taking calls from can hardly hear me and I'm also having problems hearing them. I've spent some serious money on these and am now getting really peed off with them. I never had these issues with my previous Phonak hearing aids. Is the technology too much for Phonak? Do they care?

Here we go again!! Left hearing aid developed 'electronic crackling' towards the end of March. It was sent back to Phonak in April for repair. All went well until last week when the left hearing aid started disconnecting from Bluetooth and the Bluetooth Wireless TV Connector. Visited Boots and their Hearing Care Advisor tested and re-synched both hearing aids. Worked for a day then the same problems happened again. I can only use the right hearing aid at the moment. Will be returning to Boots next week. Will the problems with my hearing aids ever end? I live in hope!!
Poor quality Phonak Audeo M Hearing aids…
I have had the Phonak Audeo M Hearing aids for a year now, I don't find them to be much help at all. One of the worst parts is when I use my mobile to adjust or change the settings it then reverts back to Auto Sense within a couple of minutes. I have asked the experts at Boots and they can't do anything about it. I feel they are mostly for the USA market. At a price of over £2,000 they are very poor value for money. My hearing is not much better with them in.

I received these Phonak hearing aids from the VA about months ago. I do not like them at all. They have a hollow sound to them, and i can't adjust them. I had Starkey before for five years and loved them. I sent the Starkeys for rebuild and I'm wearing them now. After 6 years their still perfect for my hearing.

I year ago I got Phonak Hearing aids from boots they are rubbish. The first pair I had lasted 2 weeks when the hearing aid stopped working and the charger packed up. They replaced the set with a new pair and they lasted 2.5 months then packed up! I backed them for a refund.
A year later I went back to boots to try to update my old existing (but al least working) aids. I was told phonak now had a new model which is excellent. I have had them now for nearly the 60 day trial period and had nothing but aggro from them! I had to switch Siri and bluetooth off of my phone.
But still the aids are talking in my ears telling me - with an alarm sound - "no match found" ( at leat 20 times today so far) and " no music is playing" also it has made 2 phone calls out without me asking it to. So I have no alternative but to hand them back to boots.
To be honest they are giving me a headache in more ways than one! I would not recommend Phonak to anyone - they are rubbish.
I have now wasted several hours of my valuable time in visits backwards and forwards to boots and have to make another trip again to these ones too.
3 lots of bad experience with 3 different sets of Phonak aids cant be a coincidence.
So its back to my old (reliable) baked bean cans which have never let me down even if a bit outdated!

Phonation just updated earlier this year and failed to tell users. I spent all day trying to connect it with no avail. Drove fifty miles to my doctor’s office and discovered that many users had similar issues.
The nurse was able to update the firmware for me. Very poor customer service for Phonak. Hey Phonak wake up and give your users better service like tell them when you update the firmware on your product. Zero or negative stars for you if I can. You Phonak do not even deserve the one star I am force to give
Extremely disappointed
Got these phonak marvel hearing aids from Boots Hearing care. Unfortunately I made a serious error at the end of the trial period. I decided to keep them. In 15 months I have had them back 7 times for repair. They are unreliable and the my phonak app is a complete waste of time, it works when it feels like it. Feel totally let down by the product, which is a shame as they are really good on the rare occasions they work properly.

We purchased the Phonak Audeo M90-R hearing aids for our elderly mother on the basis that the bluetooth would pair with 2 devices. In her case the TV and a phone. She also purchased a Gigaset phone as recommended for compatibility. The Gigaset is not compatible with these hearing aids and will not pair. Also the design of the hearing aids (loop over ear) interferes with wearing spectacles, hats etc. We are bitterly disappointed. Unfairly sold to an elderly women on a promise of a better experience, but never delivered.
