I am now confident i will receive a far better service from PHS now i have spoken and communicated with my account manager Catherine Edwards.
My query she dealt with effectively and efficiently and although it is partly pending i feel confident that it will be acted on in the timescale i was advised.

What a team. I am help to set up a new site and touched based with Claire about how to go about this, what info was needed, invoices, turn around times etc. Claire couldnt have been more natural and knowledgeable, navigating the ins, outs and dont knows until we came up with a plan! commuication was informative regular but not invasive and we are all good to know in September.
