Quality service, the team is flexible and adjusted to my flight delay by providing me the car later when i arrived in Mauritius. Whereas for the car itself i had no issue. It was clean, had spacious interior, apple carplay was setup, good aircon and fitted all my luggages. I highly recommend Pingouin Car Rental for a hassle-free journey in the beauty of Mauritius.

I highly recommend clients NOT to book cars with this company....their insurance company follow up are such a bull shit..... Jubilee Insurance company🤮🤮they provide expired fitness cars to clients....plse do not book with them if U cared

I had an awful experience with Pingiuin Car Rental in Mauritius and would strongly advise against using them. The car I rented was unsafe and kept drifting, making it dangerous to drive. I had to return it early for my own safety. Despite reaching out to them multiple times to address the issue, they completely ignored me and showed no respect for me as a customer. Avoid this company at all costs!

Just rented a car for the third time with Pinguion Car Rentals and the service has been amazing - as always! I‘ll definitely book again with u guys whenever I come back to Mauritius. The service and the cars are absolutely fantastic. We had a good experience with Souhaib who took great care of us.

Totally Unfair! We arrive in MRU 3 days later due to Dubai flood, even if we advise in time (a day before) of the changing in schedule, they charge us these days, telling they’ll be refund later. Refund that never arrive. Don’t trust them.

Been 7 days since their reply at bottom and more then a month. I have still not5 received my refund. I have given up hope on this money grabbing company. I would give 0 star if I could. Use this car rental firm if you want to give away your money. They do nothing but make excuses in order to avoid refunding your money.

I booked car online, paying extra €30 for car dongle WiFi. On pick up am told they don't supple this item any more. (Why put it on your website as Add on.)
Was told I will be refunded. After week when dropping car off I still didn't get refund on card. Again was told I will be refunded. 2 weeks after on my return and 3 emails to Mr. Noufayl JAUFURAULLY I am told they have request their accounts department to refund me.
Today is 4 weeks past that so I sent another email and now am being told they refunded me on Friday 26th Jan (3 days ago) and I am still waiting to be credited on my card.
Seriously? does it take 4 weeks to get refunded?
