The app is constantly crashing, leading to loss of photos/ project work. I think the app closed off and crashed probably 20 times during my picture uploads. It happened also during payment.

Dishonest marketing - mothers day gifts cannot be delivered for mothers day
Ordered a gift for mothers day on the 23rd of April 2020. It's marketed as mothers day. At the time of writing it's still marketed as a mothers day product
Mothers day is 10th of May 2020. That is I placed the order 17 days before mothers day.
Order status is updated to be delivered after mothers day.
I contact Pixum DK asking if it's an error?
Answer: Not it's not. It will be delivered after mothers day...
Horrible service and dishonest marketing. Never buying from Pixum ever again.

Mange tak for din bedømmelse. Vi er kede af, at efterspørgslen har været så stor på puslespillene at vores produktion har svært ved at følge med i øjeblikket.
Af hensyn til vores medarbejdere har vi været nød til også at reducere antallet af kørende maskiner, så medarbejderne ikke arbejder for tæt på hinanden, hvilket også har gjort at vi ikke kører med fuld kapacitet.

Much better than last time. This time I only submitted jpg files. My RAW files last time were delivered too dark and Customer Service were of little use. Only submit jpg!

Worse than China.
Unbelievable. On Pixums website it says that it takes 1 workday to produce normal photos. Now 5 workdays after order, the status of the order is still "in production", -and I am not surprised. I have NEVER had anything delivered on time from this company. Unbelievable that I was so stupid to order anything from pixum again !!! I would rather order something in China than from this company in Germany. Both quality and delivery time is faster from China. I need my passport photos tomorrow, to be able to use them for ordering my visa's, so I have to go to a photographer now. Shame on you Pixum -you are absolutely USELESS !!!
-And regarding the reaction below from Pixum, -"restart the production", -either Pixum's logistic's system is crap, or this is a bad excuse. What do I need passport photo's for 4-5 days from now, when our family need to order visa's today ? When I order something I don't mind paying, however I expect to receive the product that I ordered, and on time. Delivery off-time is not the exception for Pixum, it is the rule - based on my experience.

Product quality is great, but was delivered later and to a wrong location.
The quality of the picture is very good. The only problem is that the package was delivered much later that expected and to a wrong post office. I didn't get a package number to collect it until I contacted customer service, but the customer service was responding quickly and refunded me shipping costs.

Cheap, yet superb quality
First order is “free” apart from porto and delivery, so I ordered 20 photos of varying ratios and sizes, not expecting much. Photos arrived two days later and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
