I've never written a review for something ever but had to because planet sports is so terrible. They sent the wrong items (kid's jacket instead of normal sized, obviously not as advertised). When I wanted to send it back it was not possible to fill out a return sheet, no one answered my emails or my calls and now I'm stuck with something I don't need. I also never received the item I ordered, horrible experience please don't buy there even if it seems cheap. Worst experience ever, I wish I had the money to sue this company

I believe they sell faulty products.. some time ago, I bought a snowboard jacket and pants from them.
Pants literally fell apart first day on snow. Even tried sawing the stitches but they completely dissolved.. jacket ok but also with a few holes in it after using it a couple of times.
Few weeks back I bought a helm. Turns out it’s faulty.. ear cover won’t stay in the helmet and keeps falling out. Also noticed some damage on that side - this is before ever been used!
Really feel they are selling B-rated products..

I don't need your "copy paste text", I need the refund of the missing item as soon as possible! The order was made on the 7th of January and after 3 weeks from the order, no refund is processed, this isn't acceptable, I amn't lending you money, I'm buying the item from you. If the purchased item is out of stock and you ship the order without the item and not processing the refund, this is a scam!
Please process the refund as soon as possible before I reach out to the institutions which will take care of this in the court! Order id: 184163.

I ordered many things and one of the items was missing in the order, I haven’t received the refund on the missing item (239€). I’m reaching out customer service and nobody replies to my emails. Horrible experience, I wouldn’t order again!

Saw a snowboard jacket with a great price, order it and after discussing with some friends and reading the reviews here I was a bit worried.
But everything went great, in less than a week I had the jacket in Portugal.

There was a price errors when I purchased some items. I send an email and customer service admitted they charged me too much so I would get restitution for a part of the order. After sending 4 more emails I still didn't receive the money. customer service keep telling me to be patient but it's already more that a month after the purchase date.

I bought a converse sweater, the item arrived and is good but it seems I ordered the wrong size so it's too small. When i asked to change the sweater because no one can use it they say no due to the store regulation, what? This is a big store but the regulation inflexible. So i bought an expensive rag for my kitchen. So upset with the response and regulation. Will never buy anything online or direct to this store anymore. Upset!

There is no order and no money :(
06/24/2022 I ordered a snowboard. After a long correspondence, three weeks later they sent me a DHL track number. For a week, the status of the order did not change, since it most likely was not sent - "The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically". I wrote again a letter to the planets sport and received a response that my order had been lost. How is this possible?!

Ordered men's shoes, they were too small so we sent them back and asked for the next size up. I was notified they cannot do that but they would refund our money as soon as they received our return. The holidays came around and everything on their end stopped! We returned the shoes on Dec. 14th ( and we have the receipt from the post) which we have emailed their customer service many time but they suddenly can't find our account or order number which we provide EVERY time we email them. And now here it is Jan. 9th and no more emails from them and no refund! So they stole 52.00 euros from us!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The delivery company falsely claimed that no one was home at the time of the delivery and proceeded to send it back the same day. I wasn't given any chance to pick it up from somewhere else, nor was I given any details about the status. When I contacted planet sports, they simply dismissed it as a failure from the delivery company, instead of taking over the responsibility for the incompetence of their partners.
They promptly informed me that, for "logistical reasons", they could not send it back to me and that I had to place a new order. Turns out the products are no longer available and the conditions are no longer the same.
After this, they replied to my review on trustpilot and I am looking forward to seeing whether they are willing to admit their mistake.

Be careful, I lost the money for my return order, despite it being confirmed delivered and experienced nothing but horrible and incompetent service. Clothes, brands and range of products are nice, but I won't buy again.
I only put 1 star because there is no option for none.
Twice in a few months I ordered from planetsports. They use DHL and its the most untrustworthy service that exists.
I spended my whole morning waiting fir my package only to see that they did not find my address because Planetsports can not write it down correctly. Its a waste of time. All of it. Makes me think that they don't even have products to send and they just play with yhe money we send to them and back.
Maybe they answer back quickly but they do not actually tell you something new nor helpful. If you don't want to be disappointed by waiting your products with excitement only ti be trolled back and have your items travel all around Europe and never reach you do not trust this company nor DHL. Its funny how they say that they have fast and uncomplicated delivery terms since they failed to deliver at ALL TIMES!
