Arbitrary cancellation of my order without explanation
I ordered four items. The order was confirmed and I subsequently received confirmation that it had been shipped. A week later, the order appeared to have been arbitrarily cancelled and I received several refund emails with no explanation whatsoever as to why I was going to receive a refund. I contacted their customer services two days ago and still haven't heard anything!

The package was thrown over our 6 foot side gate despite us being at home. No attempt to deliver. Fortunately no damage but not ideal for a bike helmet!
